Term of Option. The Option will in any event expire on the expiration date set forth in the Notice, which date is ten (10) years after the Date of Grant (five (5) years after the Date of Grant if this option is designated as an ISO in the Notice of Stock Option Grant and Section 5.3 of the Plan applies).

Each Option shall terminate, cease to be exercisable and be forfeited not later than the end of the maximum term specified in the Award Agreement pertaining to the Option.

Term of Option. The term of each Option will be stated in the Award Agreement. In the case of an Incentive Stock Option, the term will be ten (10) years from the date of grant or such shorter term as may be provided in the Award Agreement. Moreover, in the case of an Incentive Stock Option granted to a Participant who, at the time the Incentive Stock Option is granted, owns stock representing more than ten percent (10%) of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary, the term of the Incentive Stock Option will be five (5) years from the date of grant or such shorter term as may be provided in the Award Agreement.

Term of Option. No portion of this Option may be exercised more than ten years from the date of this Agreement. In the event of termination of Optionee’s Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant, this Option shall be cancelled as to any unvested Shares as provided in [Section 1.2], and shall terminate and be cancelled with respect to any vested Shares on the earlier of # the expiration of the ten year period set forth in the first sentence of this [Section 1.3], or # 90 days after termination of Optionee’s Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant (or 12 months in the case of termination as a result of Optionee’s Disability or death[[Company:Organization]]; provided, however, if Optionee’s Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant is terminated for Cause, this entire Option shall be cancelled and terminated as of the date of such termination and shall no longer be exercisable as to any Shares, whether or not previously vested.

The Option shall have a term of ten years from the Date of Grant and shall terminate on the tenth anniversary of the Date of Grant, unless it is terminated at an earlier date pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or the Plan.
