Term of Employment. Unless terminated earlier as provided below, the Company’s employment of Executive under this Agreement will continue until December 31, 2023 (the “Term”), provided, however, that the Term will be automatically renewed and extended for successive one-year period(s) unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Term or any subsequent renewal term, Executive or the Company gives written notice to the other party of the notifying party’s intent not to extend the Term or any renewal term.

Term of Employment. The Agreement’s stated term and employment relationship created hereunder will begin on February 18, 2019 and will remain in effect for six (6) months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Article III (the “Initial Employment Term”). This Agreement may be terminated at any time for any reason during the Initial Employment Term by either party upon no less than thirty (30) days of written notice, and shall otherwise be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year terms after the Initial Employment Term (each one-year period, a “Renewal Term”), unless terminated by either party upon written notice provided not less than thirty (30) days before the end of any Renewal Term, or unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Article III.

Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on July 11, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on the first anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The Initial Term shall automatically be extended for successive one year periods (each, an “Extension Term” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”), unless either party hereto gives notice of non-extension to the other no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-applicable Term. During the Term, the Executive’s principal place of business shall be the Company’s offices in [[Address A:Address]].

Term of Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to be employed with the Company, upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, for the period set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s continued employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until April 1, 2024 (the “Initial Term”) unless this Agreement is renewed pursuant to Section 8 below or until terminated in accordance with and pursuant to Section 8 below. The Initial Term and any renewal term as set forth in Section 8 below is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Employment. The continued employment of Employee with the Company under this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until such employment is terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of [Section 10] of this Agreement.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions for earlier termination provided in Section 7 hereof, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until January 3, 2025 (the “Term”).

Term of Employment. The term of this Agreement and Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence on and as of the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is sooner terminated in accordance with its terms, shall end on the date which is the second anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, however, that on each anniversary of the Effective Date the term of this Agreement will be automatically extended for an additional period of one year (such that the remaining term of this Agreement at the time of such extension will be two years) unless Employer, on the one hand, or Executive, on the other, gives the other Party written notice of its election to not permit the term of this Agreement to be so automatically extended at least 90 days prior to the applicable anniversary of the Effective Date. The term of this Agreement, as extended in accordance with the terms of this Section 3, is referred to herein as the “Term.”

The term of the Employee’s employment by the Company under this Agreement (the “Employment Term”) will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until the Employee’s employment is terminated by either Party under [Section 5]. The date on which the Employee’s employment ends is referred to in this Agreement as the “Termination Date.” For the purpose of [Sections 5 and 6]6] of this Agreement, the Termination Date shall be the date upon which the Employee incurs a “separation from service” as defined in Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), and regulations issued thereunder (collectively, “Code [Section 409A]”).

Term of Employment. Unless terminated earlier as provided in Paragraph 3, the Company’s employment of Executive under this Agreement will continue for four (4) years from the Closing Date, provided, however, that the term of employment under this Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods (the first of which will commence on the fourth anniversary of the Closing Date) unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current term of employment under this Agreement, Executive or the Company gives written notice to the other of the notifying party’s intent not to renew the term of employment under this Agreement as of the end of the then current term.

Term of Employment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the term of Employee’s employment by Company shall commence on February 28, 2022. The parties acknowledge, subject to the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement, that Employee’s employment with the Company Group is on an at-will basis, and either Company Group or Employee may therefore terminate the Employee’s employment, with or without cause, at any time and for any reason upon the terms and conditions specified in Section 3 below.
