Term Loan Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received fully executed copies of the Term Loan Documents, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.

Term Loan Documents. Agent has received true, correct and complete copies of the Term Loan Documents. None of the Term Loan Documents has been amended or supplemented, nor have any of the provisions thereof been waived, except pursuant to a written agreement or instrument which has heretofore been delivered to Agent.

Loan Documents. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received reasonably satisfactory evidence that the Loan Documents have been executed and are in full force and effect, and that the initial sales and contributions contemplated by the Sale Agreement shall have been consummated in accordance with the terms thereof.

Loan Documents. Executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the signing Loan Party and, in the case of this Agreement, by each Lender.

Loan Documents. This Agreement is a Loan Document.

Loan Documents. Fully executed original copies of each of the Loan Documents listed on [Exhibit B] hereto.
