Term. The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue for three (3) years thereafter (such three-year period, the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning on the first day after the Initial Term and on every anniversary of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existing term of this Agreement shall automatically be renewed one additional year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”) unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal not less than

Term. For the avoidance of doubt, notice of non-renewal of this Agreement given at any other time shall be void and ineffective. Written notice of non-renewal by Employer shall be solely pursuant to a duly adopted resolution of Employer’s board of directors (the “Board”). Upon the date of expiration of the term of this Agreement, Employee shall cease to be employed and shall have no further rights, including but not limited to rights under [Section 8], or obligations hereunder, except obligations set forth in [Sections 3, 10 and 11]1]1].

Term of Employment. The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence onupon the CommencementEffective Date and shall continue for three (3) years thereafter (such three-one (1) year period, the “Initial Term”(the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning on the first day after the Initial Term and on every anniversary offrom such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existing term of this Agreementand shall automatically be renewedextended for additional terms of one additional(1) year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”each (each a “Renewal Term”) unless either party gives the otherprior written notice of non-renewal not lessto the other party no later than six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term (“Non-Renewal Notice”), or the then current Renewal Term, as the case may be. For purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Term and any Renewal Term are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Term.”

Term. The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the CommencementEffective Date and shall continue for a period of one (1) year following the Effective Date and shall be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year periods thereafter unless either party provides the other party with written notice of his or its intention not to renew this Agreement at least three (3) years thereafter (such three-year period,months prior to the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning onexpiration of the first day after the Initial Term and on every anniversary of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existinginitial term or any renewal term of this AgreementAgreement. “Employment Period” shall automatically be renewedmean the initial one additional(1) year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”) unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal not less thanterm plus all one (1) year renewals, if any.

Term. The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the CommencementEffective Date and shall continue for a period of two (2) years following the Effective Date and shall be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year periods thereafter unless either party provides the other party with written notice of his or its intention not to renew this Agreement at least three (3) years thereafter (such three-year period,months prior to the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning onexpiration of the first day after the Initial Term and on every anniversary of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existinginitial term or any renewal term of this AgreementAgreement. “Employment Period” shall automatically be renewedmean the initial two (2) year term plus one additional(1) year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”) unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal not less thanrenewals, if any.

Term. The term ofExecutive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on the CommencementEffective Date and shall continue for three (3) years thereafter (such three-year period, the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that,provided in [Article 5] shall continue for a period of one year (the “Initial Term”). Except as otherwise provided herein, unless soonereither party gives written notice to the other party at least 30 days before any anniversary of the Effective Date that the term hereunder shall not be extended beyond its then term (a “Nonrenewal Notice”), the term of the Agreement shall automatically be extended for an additional one year period from each anniversary, subject to the same terms, conditions and limitations as applicable to the Initial Term unless amended or terminated as contemplated herein, beginning on the first day afterprovided herein (each such additional one year period a “Renewal Term”). For purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Term and on every anniversaryall subsequent Renewal Terms shall be collectively referred to as the “Term” of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existing term of this Agreement shall automatically be renewed one additional year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”) unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal not less thanAgreement.

Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on the date first set forth above (the “Commencement Date”). Executive’s employment shall continue thereafter until the third anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Initial Term”); and shall continuebe automatically extended for three (3) years thereafter (such three-one (1) additional year period, the “Initial(a “Renewal Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning onat the firstend of the Initial Term, and an additional one (1) year Renewal Term at the end of each Renewal Term (the last day afterof the Initial Term and on every anniversary ofeach such date thereafter (eachRenewal Term is referred to herein as a “Renewal“Term Date”), unless either Party provides written notice to the then-existing termother of its non-renewal of this Agreement shall automatically be renewed one additional year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”) unless either party givesnot later than sixty (60) days prior to a Term Date, or Executive’s employment is terminated sooner under paragraph 3 of this Agreement. The period during which Executive’s employment continues in effect pursuant to this Agreement is hereinafter referred to as the other written notice of non-renewal not less thanEmployment Period.

Term of Employment. The termTerm of employment under this Agreement shallhereunder will commence on the CommencementEffective Date and shall continue for three (3)terminate five (5) years thereafter (such three-year period,from the “Initial Term”Effective Date (the "Term"), unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning on the first day after the Initial Term and on every anniversary of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existing termearlier pursuant to [Section 5] of this AgreementAgreement. The Term shall automatically be renewedrenew ("Renewal Term") for successive one additional year (any such terms, unless written notification of non-renewal term, an “Extension Period”) unlessis provided by either party givesno less than 30 days prior to the other written noticeexpiration of non-renewal not less thanthe Term or the then current Renewal Term.

Term of Employment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the initial term of employment under this Agreementhereunder shall commencebe for the two (2)-year period commencing on the CommencementEffective Date and shall continue for three (3) years thereafter (such three-year period, the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginningending on the first day afterpreceding the Initial Term and on everytwo (2)-year anniversary of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existingEffective Date. As of each one (1)-year anniversary of the Effective Date, the term of this Agreementemployment hereunder shall automatically be renewedextended for another one additional year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”)(1) year, automatically, unless either party givesdelivers notice to the contrary to the other writtenparty at least sixty (60) days prior to such one (1)-year anniversary, in which case the term of employment hereunder shall expire as of the date to which it was last extended pursuant to this sentence. Such notice shall be delivered in a manner consistent with the requirements of non-renewal not less than[Section 12]. References in this Agreement to the “Term” shall refer both to such initial term and any successive terms.

Employment Term of Agreement. The termEmployment Term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date​ and shall continue in effect for three (3) years thereafter (such three-year period,a period of twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, the “Initial Term”) unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein; provided, however, that, unless sooner terminated as contemplated herein, beginning on the first day after the Initial Term and on every anniversary of such date thereafter (each a “Renewal Date”), the then-existing term of this Agreement shall automatically be renewed onefor additional year (any such renewal term, an “Extension Period”)consecutive extension terms of twelve (12) months unless either party gives the other thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the expiration of non-renewalthe then current term of that party’s intent to not less thanrenew the term.
