Tense and Headings. Whenever any words used herein are in the singular form, they shall be construed as though they were also used in the plural form in all cases where they would so apply. The headings contained herein are solely for the purposes of reference, are not part of this Agreement and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

Gender, Tense and Headings. Whenever the context requires, words of the masculine gender used herein shall include the feminine and neuter, and words used in the singular shall include the plural. The words “hereof,” “hereunder,” “herein,” and similar compounds of the word “here” shall refer to the entire Plan and not to any particular term or provision of the Plan. Headings of Articles and Sections, as used herein, are inserted solely for convenience and reference and shall not affect the meaning, interpretation or scope of the Plan.

Singular and Plural; Gender. When required for proper interpretation, words used herein in the singular tense shall include the plural, and vice versa; the masculine gender shall include the neuter and the feminine, and vice versa.

Headings. The headings of this Amendment are for purposes of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the meaning hereof.
