Tenant’s Share. Commencing on January 1, 2020, [Section 9] of the Summary of Basic Lease Information is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Tenant’s Share. As of the Second Expansion Space Commencement Date, Section 6 of the Summary of Basic Lease Information is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Tenant’s Share. Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all Tenant’s Share of Operating Expenses, Tax Expenses, and Utilities Costs, and any other obligations of Tenant due under the Lease with respect to the Current Premises through the Second Expansion Space Termination Date. Tenant shall not be required to pay Tenant’s Share of Operating Expenses, Tax Expenses, or Utilities Costs, or any other costs or obligations of Tenant due under the Lease (excepting only such obligations under the Lease or this Fourth Amendment which are, by their terms, intended to survive termination of the Lease) allocated to the Second Expansion Space for any period following the Second Expansion Space Termination Date so long as Tenant surrenders the Second Expansion Space in strict compliance with this Fourth Amendment and the Lease, and Tenant is not in breach hereof or under the Lease. As of the Second Expansion Space Termination Date, Section 6 of the Summary of Basic Lease Information is deleted and replaced with the following:
Tenant’s Share. With respect to the Suite 425 Expansion Space during the Suite 425 Expansion Term, Tenant’s Share shall be 4.0746%.
Tenant’s Share. Commencing on January 1, 2021, the defined terms “Tenant’s Share of Operating Expenses of Building” and “Tenant’s Share of Operating Expenses of Project” on page 1 of the Lease are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
Commencing on the Second Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Tenant’s Share of Operating Expenses” on page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Tenant’s Share. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date, the definition of “Tenant’s Share” set forth in the Summary of Basic Lease Information in the Original Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant’s Share for the Existing Premises shall be 7.20% and Tenant’s Share for the Expansion Premises shall be 4.57%.
Tenant’s Share. For the purposes of this Exhibit 4: # if the Cost of Tenant Improvement Work is equal to, or less than, the Maximum Amount, then “Tenant’s Share” shall be 0%, or # if the Cost of Tenant Improvement Work is greater than the Maximum Amount, then Tenant’s Share shall be a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount by which the total Cost of Tenant Improvement Work exceeds the sum of # the Maximum Amount plus # if Tenant has elected to use any portion of the Additional Landlord Contribution pursuant to Section 12 of this Exhibit 4, the Elected Amount of Additional Landlord Contribution, and the denominator of which is the total Cost of Tenant Improvement Work.
Tenant’s Share. Due to the revised number of rentable square feet contained within the Premises (i.e., the Existing Premises and the Expansion Space) as compared to the Existing Premises, from and after the First Amendment Effective Date, Section 5 of the Summary of Basic Lease Information in the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Tenant’s Share. Commencing on the Second Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Tenant’s Share of Operating Expenses” on page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
