Tenant’s Representative. Tenant shall designate a representative knowledgeable in construction matters as Tenant’s representative to coordinate construction and provide any notices or directions to Landlord regarding Tenant Plans and Tenant’s Work. Tenant shall provide Landlord with the name and contact of the Tenant’s representative prior to commencement of Tenant’s Work. Tenant’s representative shall have authority to make decisions and commitments on behalf of Tenant with respect to any aspect of or change to Tenant’s Work. Tenant’s representative shall keep Landlord’s construction representative regularly informed on the progress of Tenant’s Work.

Tenant’s Representative. Tenant has designated Kirt Gilliland as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

Tenant’s Representative. Tenant hereby authorizes Kevin Rockett, as Tenant’s representative to act on its behalf and represents its interests with respect to all matters which pertain to the construction of Additional Premises Tenant Improvements, and to make decisions binding upon Tenant with respect to such matters.

Tenant’s Representative. Tenant has designated Jean Douglas as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who, until further notice to Landlord, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Work Letter.
