Avidity’s Representative. Avidity hereby designates the person identified in Exhibit A to serve as the Avidity representative (“Avidity Representative”) in all interactions with Consultant. Avidity may change the Avidity Representative at any time upon written notice to Consultant.

Tenant Representative. Tenant has designated Kevin Green, [[Person B:Person]] and Chrystal Menard as its sole representatives with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who shall each individually have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Work Letter, until further written notice to Landlord.

Tenant’s Representative. Tenant has designated [[Person A:Person]] as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Landlord, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

Tenant Representative. The term “Tenant Representative” shall mean any shareholder, officer, director, member, manager, partner, employee, agent, contractor, licensee, assignee, sublessee or invitee of Tenant.

Tenant Representative. Whenever Landlord or any contractor responsible for the Tenant Improvements shall need to communicate with Tenant about the Tenant Improvement related matters, including Change Orders, Landlord or such contractor shall contact [[Person A:Person]] at [[Email]] or [[Phone]].

Landlord’s Representative. Landlord has designated Jim McGlade as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

Tenant Representative. Whenever Landlord or any contractor responsible for the Tenant Improvements shall need to communicate with Tenant about the Tenant Improvement related matters, including Change Orders, Landlord or such contractor shall contact [[Person A:Person]] at [[Email]] or [[Phone]].

Tenant’s Representative. Tenant has designated [[Person A:Person]] and Sam Stubbs as its sole representatives with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Landlord, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

Landlord’s Representative. Landlord has designated J. Randal Long as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Tenant Work Letter.
