Technical and Conforming Modifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical and conforming modifications to the Loan Documents may be made with the consent of the Borrower and the Administrative Agent # if such modifications are not adverse to the Lenders and are requested by Governmental Authorities, # to cure any ambiguity, defect or inconsistency, or # to the extent necessary to integrate any increase in the Commitment or new Loans pursuant to [Section 2.9(b)] hereof.
