Tax Withholding. The Company shall deduct or withhold from any payment under this Agreement an amount sufficient to satisfy Federal, state, and local taxes, domestic or foreign, required by law or regulation to be withheld with respect to any taxable event arising as a result of this Agreement and the Plan.

Section # Tax Withholding. The Company shall be entitled to withhold from any payment made under the Plan the full amount of any required federal, state or local taxes or such other amounts as may be required by applicable law.

Withholding of Taxes. The Company may withhold from any amount payable or benefit provided under this Plan such Federal, state, local, foreign and other taxes as are required to be withheld pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.

TAX WITHHOLDING. Unless otherwise provided by the Committee, the Company shall deduct or withhold an amount sufficient to satisfy Federal, state, and local taxes (including but not limited to the Participant's employment tax obligations) required by law to be withheld with respect to any taxable event arising or as a result of this Plan ("Withholding Taxes").

The Company shall deduct from all payments under this Plan an amount necessary to satisfy any Federal, state, local, or foreign withholding tax requirements.

Withholding of Taxes. The Corporation shall withhold from any amounts payable under this Agreement all federal, state, local or other taxes that are legally required to be withheld.

The Company may withhold from any amounts payable under this Agreement such Federal, state or local taxes as shall be required to be withheld pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.
