Tax Withholding in General contract clause examples

Tax Withholding. All applicable federal, state and local taxes required by law to be withheld shall be deducted from benefits paid under this Plan.

Tax Withholding. All payments made and benefits provided hereunder shall be subject to such federal, state and local tax withholding as may be required by law.

All payments under the Plan shall be subject to federal, state and local income tax withholding and other legally required deductions.

Tax Withholding. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Plan, the Company may withhold from any amounts payable under this Plan such Federal, state, local, employment or foreign taxes as shall be required to be withheld pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.

Section # Withholding. Payments from the Plan shall be subject to all applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes.

Section # Tax Withholding. The Company shall be entitled to withhold from any payment made under the Plan the full amount of any required federal, state or local taxes or such other amounts as may be required by applicable law.
