Tax Withholding. The Employer shall withhold any applicable income or employment taxes that are required to be withheld from the severance benefits payable under this Plan.
Section # Withholding. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Plan, the Employers may withhold from any and all Severance Benefits such United States federal, state or local or foreign taxes as may be required to be withheld pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.
