Tax Withholding in General contract clause examples

Tax Withholding. The Employer may make such provisions and take such action as it deems necessary or appropriate for the withholding of any taxes which the Employer is required by any law or regulation to withhold in connection with any benefits under the Agreement. The Executive shall be responsible for the payment of all individual tax liabilities relating to any benefits paid hereunder.

Withholding of Taxes. All payments made by the Company to the Executive under this Agreement shall be subject to the withholding of such amounts, if any, relating to tax, and other payroll deductions as the Company may reasonably determine it should withhold pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.

#Tax Withholding. Executive acknowledges that all amounts and benefits payable under this Agreement are subject to deduction and withholding to the extent required by applicable law.

Withholding Taxes. Employer may withhold from any compensation and Benefits payable under this Agreement all federal, state, city or other taxes as shall be required pursuant to any law or governmental regulation or ruling.

Taxes. All compensation and taxable benefits or other amounts payable to Executive under this Agreement shall be subject to all applicable withholding taxes, normal payroll withholding, and any other deductions, if required by law to be withheld.

All payments and benefits to be paid or provided to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to applicable withholding taxes.
