Tax Status. The Borrower has not elected and will not elect to be treated as a corporation, nor, to its knowledge, has it engaged in any transaction which could result in it becoming treated as a corporation, for United States federal income tax purposes.

Tax Status. The Borrower shall at all times be a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes that is wholly owned by a U.S. Person. The Borrower will not elect to be treated as a corporation or enter into any transaction which could reasonably be expected to result in it becoming taxable as a corporation, for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
