“Swing Line Lender” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as provider of Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

“Swingline Lender” shall mean [[Administrative Agent:Organization]].

“Swing Line ​” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], in its capacity as the Swing Line ​ hereunder, together with its permitted successors and assigns in such capacity.

“Swingline Lender” means [[Swingline Lender:Organization]] in its capacity as provider of Swingline Loans, or any successor Swingline Lender hereunder.

“Swingline Lender” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], in its capacity as lender of Swingline Loans hereunder, and any other Revolving Lender approved by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent that agrees to act as the “Swingline Lender” hereunder; provided that Swingline Loans made by no more than one Swingline Lender may be outstanding at any time.

“Swing Line Lender” means, individually or collectively as the context may indicate, # [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as provider of Swing Line Loans or any successor of [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as a swing line lender hereunder, # each other Revolving Credit Lender with a Swing Line Commitment set forth on [Schedule 2.01] and # any other Revolving Credit Lender, selected by the Borrower (with the consent of the Administrative Agent and such Revolving Credit Lender, which consent, in the case of the Administrative Agent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) to be a Swing Line Lender hereunder, or any successor to such Lender in its capacity as a Swing Line Lender hereunder.

“Domestic Swing Line Lender” means [[Domestic Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as provider of Domestic Swing Line Loans, or any successor domestic swing line lender hereunder.

“Swingline Lender” means [[Organization C:Organization]], in its capacity as lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.

“Swingline Lenders” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], [[Co-Syndication Agent:Organization]], and [[Co-Syndication Agent:Organization]] in their capacity as Swingline Lenders hereunder, and their permitted successors in such capacity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. When used herein, “Swingline Lender” shall mean the applicable Swingline Lender, each Swingline Lender, any Swingline Lender or all of the Swingline Lenders, as the context may require.

“Swing Loan Lender” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as the Swing Loan Lender hereunder.

“Canadian Swing Line Lender” means [[Domestic Administrative Agent:Organization]], acting through its Canada branch, in its capacity as provider of Canadian Swing Line Loans, or any successor Canadian swing line lender hereunder.
