Survival. The representations, warranties, agreements and covenants shall survive the Closing. Each Buyer shall be responsible only for its own representations, warranties, agreements and covenants hereunder.

Survival of Representations and Warranties. All representations, warranties, and covenants made by the parties herein shall survive the execution of this Agreement and shall be forever enforceable.

Survival. The warranties, representations and covenants of ​ and AVRS contained in this Agreement shall survive the execution of this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the Shares.

Non-survival of Representations and Warranties. The parties hereto agree that their respective representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement shall survive the Closing for a period of two (2) years from the Closing Date. This [Section 11.2] shall not limit any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement which by its terms contemplates performance after the Effective Time.
