Survival of Representations. Borrowers agree that # all of the representations and warranties of Borrowers set forth in Section 4.1, Section 4.2 and Section 4.3 and in the other Loan Documents delivered on the Closing Date are made as of the Closing Date, and # all such representations and warranties made by Borrowers shall survive as provided in Section 10.1. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements made in this Agreement or in the other Loan Documents shall be deemed to have been relied upon by Lender notwithstanding any investigation heretofore or hereafter made by Lender or on its behalf or any documents or other materials delivered to or reviewed by Lender.

Survival of Representations. Subject to the provisions of [Section 11.9] below, all representations and warranties made by it herein will survive the delivery of the Loan Documents and the making of the Loans evidenced thereby, and any investigation at any time made by or on behalf of the Lenders will not diminish the Lenders’ right to rely thereon. All statements contained in any certificate or other instrument delivered by or on behalf of it under or pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby will constitute representations and warranties made by it hereunder.

Survival of Representations. All representations and warranties of the Borrower contained in this Agreement or in any Facility Document shall survive the issuance of the Letters of Credit herein contemplated.

. Each of the representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall continue for the term of this Agreement and shall thereafter be. extinguished.

Survival of Representations. All representations and warranties of the Borrower contained in this Agreement shall survive delivery of the Notes and the making of the Loans herein contemplated.

Survival of Supplemental Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Related Document, the representations contained in this [Section 4.01(v)] and [Section 5.01(g)] shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until the Termination Date.
