Survival. Each party’s obligations under this [Section 2.15] shall survive the resignation or replacement of the Administrative Agent or any assignment of rights by, or the replacement of, a Lender, the termination of the Aggregate Commitments and the repayment, satisfaction or discharge of all obligations under any Loan Document.

Survival. All of the obligations of the Credit Parties under this [Section 5.10] shall survive the resignation or replacement of the Administrative Agent or any assignment of rights by, or the replacement of, a Lender, the termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments and the repayment, satisfaction or discharge of all obligations under any Loan Document.

Survival. Each party’s obligations under this Section shall survive the termination of the Loan Documents and payment of the obligations hereunder.

Survival. This [Section 6] shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of ​ years.

All representations and warranties of Emmis and Sinclair in this Agreement shall survive the Closing for a period ending on the date that is twelve (12) months after the Closing Date (the “Cutoff Date”); provided, however, that the representations and warranties set forth in [[Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.8]8]8]8]8]] and [Article 3] (collectively, the “Fundamental Representations”) shall survive until 60 days after the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations or, if no statute of limitations is applicable, indefinitely. The Parties’ respective covenants, obligations and agreements set forth in this Agreement shall survive Closing in accordance with their respective terms.
