Survival of Provisions. The provisions of [Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9]9]9]9] shall survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.

Survival. The provisions of [Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 9]9]9]9]10]0]0]0]0]0]0] of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or earlyany termination of this Agreement.Agreement in accordance with the terms of such sections.

Survival. The following provisions shall survive expiration or termination of Provisions. The provisions ofthis Agreement for any reason, as well as any other provision which by its terms or by the context thereof, is intended to survive such termination: [Sections 6, 7, 8,8 and 9]9]9]9] shall survive the expiration. Expiration or early termination of this Agreement.Agreement for any reason shall not relieve the Parties of any liability or obligation which accrued hereunder prior to the effective date of such termination or expiration, nor preclude either Party from pursuing all rights and remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity, subject to [Section 9.5], with respect to any breach of this Agreement nor prejudice either Party’s right to obtain performance of any obligation.

Survival of Provisions. TheNotwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the provisions of [Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9]9]9]9]8-17]7] of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or earlyof this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement.the employment term for any reason.

Survival. The provisions of [Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9]9]9]9]2 through 19] of this Agreement shall survive the expiration of the Term or earlyany other termination of this Agreement.

Survival. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the provisions of [Sections 6, 7, 8,[Section 4] and 9]9]9]9] shall[Section 8] will survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.

The provisions of this [Section 7] and of [Sections 6, 7, 8,4, 5 and 9]9]9]9]6]6]6] of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.termination.

Survival. In the event of Provisions. The provisions of [Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9]9]9]9] shall survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.Agreement, the provisions of [Section 7.6] and Articles 5 and 8, shall survive for the period specified therein or, in the absence of such specification, indefinitely.

The provisions of [Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9]9]9][Section 9] shall survive theany termination or expiration or early termination of this Agreement.Agreement (for whatever cause or reason).

10.4Survival. The provisions ofrights and obligations contained in [Sections 4-6, 7, 8, and 9]9]9]9] shall11]1]1]1],12, 13 will survive theany termination or expiration or early termination of this Agreement.
