Survivability. The Parties agree that the provisions and obligations of this Agreement which, by their nature, require or contemplate full or partial performance after the termination or expiration of this Agreement or the Executive’s service relationship with the Company will survive termination of the service relationship or this Agreement.

Survivability. Those provisions and obligations of this Agreement which are intended to survive shall survive notwithstanding termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.

Section # Survivorship. Upon the expiration or other termination of this Agreement or the Executive’s employment, the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall survive to the extent necessary to carry out the intentions of the parties under this Agreement.

Survival of Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company.
