Payment of 3-D Survey. Prior to each sixty (60) day period during which Seismic Operations are being conducted, Seller shall provide Buyer an invoice in the amount of the expected expenditures pursuant to the Buyer Promoted Interest for that sixty (60) day period. Buyer shall fund such invoice within fifteen (15) days of receipt thereof.

Survey wage rates will remain in effect and will not change until a new survey is conducted.

“Survey” means a survey of any Property prepared pursuant to the requirements contained in [Section 4.1.28] hereof.

“Survey” shall mean the survey of the Property certified to and accepted by ​ in connection with the closing of the Loan.

Promptly following the execution of this Agreement, Purchaser shall have the right to order and, if so ordered, upon receipt will deliver to Seller commitments (collectively, the "Commitments" and, individually, a "Commitment") for ALTA Form Owner's Policies of Title Insurance for each of the Properties, from a title company, along with copies of all instruments described in [Schedule B] of each Commitment (collectively, the "Exception Documents"), in the amount of the Purchase Price allocated to each Property. Purchaser shall pay all costs in connection with the Commitments.

Customer Satisfaction — is based on the number of "Definitely Yes" responses to the question "Overall, would you recommend your builder to family and friends?" on the thirty day survey. The Award is evaluated quarterly and paid annually on the scheduled payout date. It is evaluated quarterly based on the higher of the previous quarter's results or the available cumulative results beginning August 1st of the previous fiscal year. The first quarter calculation will be based on results reported by the survey company on the ​ Compensation Report, the second quarter calculation will be based on results reported by the survey company on the ​ Compensation Report, the third quarter calculation will be based on results reported by the survey company on the ​ Compensation Report and the fourth quarter calculation will be based on results reported by the survey company on the ​ Compensation Report.
