Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Anniversary Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrowers of each applicable Lender’s determination under this [Section 2.22] no later than the earlier of # the date that is 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) and # the date that is 5 days following the applicable Lender Notice Date.
