Subsidiaries. Except as otherwise disclosed in the Company SEC Documents, the Company does not own or control, directly or indirectly, any corporation, association or other entity.

Subsidiaries. Borrower does not own any stock, partnership interest or other securities of any Person, except for Permitted Investments. Attached as [Schedule 1], as may be updated by Borrower in a written notice provided after the Closing Date, is a true, correct and complete list of each direct and indirect Subsidiary of Parent.

Subsidiaries. The corporate governance structure and rules of the Subsidiaries of the Company shall be determined by a majority of the Board.

Subsidiaries. All of the Subsidiaries of the Company are set forth on [Schedule 3.1(a)]. The Company owns, directly or indirectly, all of the capital stock or other equity interests of each Subsidiary free and clear of any Liens, and all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of each Subsidiary are validly issued and are fully paid, non-assessable and free of preemptive and similar rights to subscribe for or purchase securities. If the Company has no subsidiaries, all other references to the Subsidiaries or any of them in the Transaction Documents shall be disregarded.

Subsidiaries. Set forth on [Schedule 3.12(a)] is a list of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries as of the Original Effective Date.

Subsidiaries. Each of the Parties shall cause to be performed, and hereby guarantees the performance of, all actions, agreements and obligations set forth herein to be performed by any entity that is contemplated to be a Subsidiary of such Party after the Distribution Date.

Subsidiaries. Form any Domestic Subsidiary or acquire any Domestic Subsidiary unless # in the case of an acquisition, such acquisition is a Permitted Acquisition, and # in each case, such Domestic Subsidiary (other than a Strategic Joint Venture) expressly joins in this Agreement as a borrower and becomes jointly and severally liable for the Obligations of Borrowers hereunder. Borrowers shall provide all documents, including without limitation, legal opinions and appraisals as Agent may reasonably require to establish compliance with each of the foregoing conditions in connection therewith. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the sake of clarity, no Person shall be joined as a borrower to the Agreement after the Closing Date unless and until each Lender has completed its "know your customer" diligence, including without limitation in respect of the Beneficial Owner Regulation and the USA Patriot Act.

Subsidiaries. None of the Subsidiaries (as defined in Section 25 below) is a “significant subsidiary” as defined in Rule 1-02(w) of Regulation S-X promulgated under the Securities Act. If the Company has no “significant subsidiaries”, all other references, except as set forth in this [Section 3.1(a)], to the Subsidiaries or any of them in this Agreement shall be disregarded. No Subsidiary owns any material assets or incurs any material liabilities.
