Reports Accurate. All Monthly Reports, Monthly Loan Tapes and static pool information (if prepared by the Borrower, or to the extent that information contained therein is supplied by the Borrower, such portion supplied by the Borrower), information, exhibits, financial statements, documents, books, records or reports furnished or to be furnished by the Borrower to any Agent, any Secured Party and the Backup Servicer in

Static Pool Information. The initial Servicer will provide to the Administrative Agent and each Agent in regard to vintage originations, upon request # static pool gross and net loss history, # static pool defaulted receivable recovery rates, # static pool origination characteristics and # any additional static pool information reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or an Agent.

Bonus Pool. Each Performance Period, the Committee, in its sole discretion, will establish a Bonus Pool. Actual Awards will be paid from the Bonus Pool.

Asset Reports. On the Reporting Date or with such greater frequency as requested by Buyer, Sellers will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan and REO Property performance data, including, without limitation, an Asset Schedule, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge‑off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans, REO Properties and Rental Properties.

within ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, a static pool report in the form of Exhibit A-33] shall be provided to Administrative Agent; and

On the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) or with such greater frequency as reasonably requested by Buyer, Sellers will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, an Asset Schedule, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans.
