“Product Specifications” means the specifications for a Product set forth by TRIS in the NDA for such Product, as the same may be amended by TRIS from time to time based on FDA input, and otherwise.

“Graphite Process Documentation” means records provided by Graphite related to the Graphite Process for the Manufacture of Product including master batch records, quality control assay test procedures, work instructions, bill of materials, raw material specifications, forms, training documents, Specifications, critical quality attributes, labels and test record forms.

make such additions, changes and corrections in the Plans and Specifications as shall, in the reasonable judgment of [[Lender:Organization]], be necessary or desirable to complete the Project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, provided that such changes, additions and corrections shall not increase the cost of the Improvements;
