Plans and Specifications. Building plans and specifications relating to the Properties; and

#[[Landlord:Organization]]’s Work. [[Landlord:Organization]] shall cause the Architect to prepare and submit to [[Tenant:Organization]] after approval of the Base Building Schematics those sets of construction drawings for the [[Landlord:Organization]]’s Work referred to in the Progress Schedule, e.g. the design development package, permit submittal package, etc. (each a “Base Building Construction Document Package”), which shall include two (2) prints and electronic files of the relevant construction drawings for the [[Landlord:Organization]]’s Work, each of which shall be consistent with the Base Building Schematics, and shall provide further design detail for the [[Landlord:Organization]]’s Work. [[Tenant:Organization]] shall review and approve each Base Building Construction Document Package in accordance with [Section 2.7], and the Base Building Construction Document Packages approved (or deemed approved) by [[Tenant:Organization]] shall be referred to collectively as the “Base Building Construction Documents.” Upon completion of the bid package for the [[Landlord:Organization]]’s Work (as described in the Progress Schedule), [[Landlord:Organization]] shall update the SD Total Development Cost Estimate with [[Landlord:Organization]]’s then-current estimate of the Total Development Costs for the Premises (the “CD Total Development Cost Estimate”); and in the event that any line-item in such CD Total Development Cost Estimate exceeds the corresponding line-item in the SD Total Development Cost Estimate, [[Landlord:Organization]] shall provide a reasonably detailed description of the basis for such increase and if there is an aggregate increase from the SD Total Development Cost Estimate to the CD Total Development Cost Estimate, the CD Total Development Cost Estimate shall be subject to [[Tenant:Organization]]’s reasonable review and approval, which approval shall be given or withheld within five (5) business days following [[Landlord:Organization]]’s delivery of the CD Total Development Cost Estimate.

Graphite Process/Specifications Changes. Any change or modification to the agreed-to Graphite Process or Specifications for any Product must be agreed-to by the Parties and made in accordance with the change control provisions of the Quality Agreement.

Supplier shall not modify the specifications for items without Buyer’s written consent. Supplier shall notify Buyer at least ​ in advance of any changes in the manufacturing process.

“As‑Built” Plans and Specifications. [[Borrower:Organization]] shall furnish to [[Lender:Organization]] a full and complete set of “as built” Plans and Specifications certified to by [[Borrower:Organization]]’s Architect.

“Specifications” – shall mean the Compound specifications set out in [Schedule F].

“Product Specifications” means the specifications for the Product as agreed to by the Parties, which specifications may be amended from time to time by prior written agreement between the Parties.

“Specifications” means the specifications for the Parts, including, but not limited to, product specifications, manufacturing, testing, labeling, packaging and storing instructions, and standards of quality, which are attached under [Exhibit A] hereto.

Tenant’s second written request therefore, the revised plans and specifications shall be deemed to be accepted by Landlord. This process shall continue until the parties mutually agree on the plans and specifications. The final, mutually agreed upon plans and specifications showing the Tenant Improvements shall be referred to as the "Plans and Specifications". Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent or approval.
