If [[Bank of America:Organization]] requests a material change in the Customization specifications prior to acceptance of the Customizations, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall prepare revised specifications within fifteen (15) calendar days reflecting the price effect of [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s request. [[Bank of America:Organization]] shall accept or reject [[Organization A:Organization]]’s proposal within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt thereof. The Parties shall make any appropriate amendment to the Customization Schedule.

#[[Bank of America:Organization]] may submit to [[Organization A:Organization]] an Order or other written authorization for Customizations, stating [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s preferred Delivery Target Date for Customizations and the terms for the Customizations, as proposed by [[Organization A:Organization]] pursuant to the preceding paragraph. Unless [[Organization A:Organization]] notifies [[Bank of America:Organization]] of its rejection of [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s written order within five (5) Business Days after its receipt, it shall be deemed accepted. [[Bank of America:Organization]] shall not be obligated to pay for Customizations or time and materials supplied in the absence of an Order or written authorization. The parties shall execute a Customization Schedule for each Customization.
