Specific Enforcement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with its specific terms or were otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the Parties shall be entitled to seek one or more preliminary and final injunctions to prevent or cure breaches of the provisions of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof, this being in addition to any other remedy to which any of them may be entitled by law or equity.

Specific Enforcement. The Parties acknowledge andparties hereto agree that irreparable damagedamage, for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy, would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with itstheir specific terms or were otherwise breached.breached by the parties hereto. It is accordingly agreed that the Partiesparties hereto shall be entitled to seek onean injunction or more preliminary and final injunctionsinjunctions, or any other appropriate form of specific performance or equitable relief, to prevent or cure breaches of the provisions of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof,hereof in any court of competent jurisdiction, this being in addition to any other remedy to which anythey are entitled under the terms of them may be entitled bythis Agreement at law or in equity. Each party hereto accordingly agrees not to raise any objections to the availability of the equitable remedy of specific performance to prevent or restrain breaches or threatened breaches of, or to enforce compliance with, the covenants and obligations of such party under this Agreement.

The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that they shall be entitled by law or equity.to specifically enforce the provisions of this Agreement on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with itstheir specific terms or were otherwise breached. ItAccordingly, it is accordingly agreed that the Parties shall be entitled to seek onean injunction or more preliminary and final injunctions to prevent or cure breaches of the provisions of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof,of this Agreement, this being in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity. The remedies of the Parties under this Agreement are cumulative and shall not exclude any of themother remedies to which any person may be entitled by law or equity.lawfully entitled.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with itstheir specific terms or were otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreedbreached and that any breach of this Agreement would not be adequately compensated by monetary damages. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Parties shall be entitledentitled, without posting a bond or similar indemnity, to seek one or more preliminaryan injunction, specific performance and final injunctionsother equitable relief to prevent or cure breaches of the provisions of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof, this beinghereof in any court as specified in [Section 10.6], in addition to any other remedy to which any of them may bethey are entitled by lawat Law or in equity.
