SIGNATURES. Signatures hereon which are transmitted via facsimile, or other electronic image, shall be deemed original signatures.

Signatures. The parties hereto consent and agree that this Lease may be signed and/or transmitted by facsimile, e-mail of a .pdf document or using electronic signature technology (e.g., via DocuSign or similar electronic signature technology), and that such signed electronic record shall be valid and as effective to bind the party so signing as a paper copy bearing such party’s handwritten signature. The parties further consent and agree that # to the extent a party signs this Lease using electronic signature technology, by clicking “SIGN”, such party is signing this Lease electronically, and # the electronic signatures appearing on this Lease shall be treated, for purposes of validity, enforceability and admissibility, the same as handwritten signatures.

Counterparts; Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile or PDF signatures will have the same legal effect as original signatures.

Counterparts; Signatures. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by each of the undersigned on separate counterparts, and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts put together shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Signatures to this Amendment transmitted by .pdf, electronic mail or other electronic means shall be treated as originals in all respects for purposes of this Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Electronic Signatures. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents may be transmitted and/or signed by facsimile or digital signature and/or transmission. The effectiveness of any such signatures shall have the same force and effect as manually-signed originals and shall be binding on all parties to this Amendment and the other Loan Documents.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Management Agreement may be executed manually, by facsimile or by scan and email by the Parties hereto, in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when a counterpart hereof shall have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Party.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Release may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument without the production of any other counterpart. Any signature on this Release, delivered by either party by photographic, facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be an original signature thereto.

Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This Amendment may be in the form of an Electronic Record (and may be delivered by e-mail or facsimile) and may be executed using Electronic Signatures (including, without limitation, facsimile and .pdf) and shall be considered an original, and shall have the same legal effect, validity and enforceability as a paper record. This Amendment may be executed in as many counterparts as necessary or convenient, including both paper and electronic counterparts, but all such counterparts are one and the same letter agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the authorization under this paragraph may include, without limitation, use or acceptance by ​ of a manually signed paper Communication which has been converted into electronic form (such as scanned into pdf format), or an electronically signed Communication converted into another format, for transmission, delivery and/or retention. For purposes hereof, # “Electronic Record” and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time and # “Communication” shall mean this Amendment and any document, amendment, approval, consent, information, notice, certificate, request, statement, disclosure or authorization related to this Amendment.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which will be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement, and any party hereto may execute this Agreement by signing any such counterpart. A facsimile signature by any party on a counterpart of this Agreement shall be binding and effective for all purposes. Such party shall subsequently deliver to the other party an original, executed copy of this Agreement; provided, however, that a failure of such party to deliver an original, executed copy shall not invalidate Executive's or its signature.
