Several Obligations. Each Borrower will be severally obligated for all Advances made to such Borrower and all interest accrued with respect thereto, and no Borrower (other than the Company) will be obligated for any Advances made to any other Borrower. Except as provided in this Section 2.2.4 and as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Borrowers shall be jointly and severally liable for all other Obligations hereunder.

Lender Obligations Several. The failure of any Lender to make the Loan to be made by it as part of any Borrowing shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation, if any, to make its Loan on the date of such Borrowing. No Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make the Loan to be made by such other Lender on the date of any Borrowing.

Several Obligations; No Liability. Notwithstanding that certain of the Loan Documents now or hereafter may have been or will be executed only by or in favor of Agent in its capacity as such, and not by or in favor of any other member of the Lender Group, any and all obligations on the part of Agent (if any) to make any credit available hereunder shall constitute the several (and not joint) obligations of the respective Lenders on a ratable basis, according to their respective Commitments, to make an amount of such credit not to exceed, in principal amount, at any one time outstanding, the amount of their respective Commitments. Nothing contained herein shall confer upon any Lender any interest in, or subject any Lender to any liability for, or in respect of, the business, assets, profits, losses, or liabilities of any other Lender. Each Lender shall be solely responsible for notifying its Participants of any matters relating to the Loan Documents to the extent any such notice may be required, and no Lender shall have any obligation, duty, or liability to any Participant of any other Lender. Except as provided in [Section 15.7], no member of the Lender Group shall have any liability for the acts of any other member of the Lender Group. No Lender shall be responsible to any Borrower or any other Person for any failure by any other Lender (or Bank Product Provider) to fulfill its obligations to make credit available hereunder, nor to advance for such Lender (or Bank Product Provider) or on its behalf, nor to take any other action on behalf of such Lender (or Bank Product Provider) hereunder or in connection with the financing contemplated herein.

Obligations of Lenders Several. The obligations of the Lenders hereunder to make Revolving Credit Loans, to fund participations in Letters of Credit and Swing Line Loans and to make payments pursuant to [Section 10.04(c)] are several and not joint. The failure of any Lender to make any Loan, to fund any such participation or to make any payment under [Section 10.04(c)] on any date required hereunder shall not relieve any other Lender of its corresponding obligation to do so on such date, and no Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to so make its Loan, to purchase its participation or to make its payment under [Section 10.04(c)].

Joint and Several Obligations. Each Borrower is accepting joint and several liability hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, the Secured Hedge Agreements and the Secured Treasury Management Agreements in consideration of the financial accommodation to be provided by ​, ​, any Agent, Arranger or Lender or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing and the Hedge Banks under this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the Secured Hedge Agreements and the Secured Treasury Management Agreements, for the mutual benefit, directly and indirectly, of the other Borrower and in consideration of the undertakings of the other Borrower to accept joint and several liability for such Borrower. Each Borrower jointly and severally hereby irrevocably and unconditionally accepts, not merely as a surety but also as a co-debtor, joint and several liability with the other Borrower with respect to the payment and performance of all of the Obligations, it being the intention of the parties hereto that all the Obligations shall be the joint and several obligations of each of the Borrowers without preferences or distinction between them. If and to the extent that any Borrower shall fail to make any payment with respect to any Obligation as and when due or to perform any Obligation in accordance with the terms thereof, then in each such event, the other Borrower will make such payment with respect to, or perform, such Obligation. The obligations of each Borrower under the provisions of this [Section 10.20]

Several Obligations; No Liability. Notwithstanding that certain of the Other Documents now or hereafter may have been or will be executed only by or in favor of [[Organization B:Organization]] in its capacity as such, and not by or in favor of the Lenders, any and all obligations on the part of [[Organization B:Organization]] (if any) to make any credit available hereunder shall constitute the several (and not joint) obligations of the respective Lenders on a ratable basis, according to their respective Revolving Commitments, to make an amount of such credit not to exceed, in principal amount, at any one time outstanding, the amount of their respective Revolving Commitments. Nothing contained herein shall confer upon any [[Organization C:Organization]] any interest in, or subject any [[Organization C:Organization]] to any liability for, or in respect of, the business, assets, profits, losses, or liabilities of any other [[Organization C:Organization]]. Each [[Organization C:Organization]] shall be solely responsible for notifying its participants of any matters relating to this Agreement and the Other Documents to the extent any such notice may be required, and no [[Organization C:Organization]] shall have any obligation, duty, or liability to any participant of any other [[Organization C:Organization]].

Joint and Several. Each Person constituting Borrower hereunder shall have joint and several liability for the obligations and liabilities of Borrower hereunder.

Joint and Several. If there is more than one tenant, the obligations imposed upon Tenant under this Lease shall be joint and several.
