Severability of Provisions. Any provision in any Loan Document that is held to be inoperative, unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction shall, as to that jurisdiction, be inoperative, unenforceable or invalid without affecting the remaining provisions in that jurisdiction or the operation, enforceability or validity of that provision in any other jurisdiction, and to this end the provisions of all Loan Documents are declared to be severable.

Severability of Provisions. In the event that any provision of this Agreement becomes or is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect without said provision; provided that no such severability shall be effective if it materially changes the economic impact of this Agreement on any party.

Severability; Provisions Subject to Applicable Law. All provisions of this Agreement shall be applicable only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable law, and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement or any application thereof shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of other provisions of this Agreement or of any other application of such provision shall in no way be affected thereby.

Severability. In the event any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired.

Severability. If one or more provisions of the Notice or this Agreement are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible given the intent of the parties hereto. If such clause or provision cannot be so enforced, then # such provision shall be excluded from the Notice or this Agreement, as applicable, # the balance of the Notice and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and # the balance of the Notice and this Agreement shall be enforceable in accordance with their terms.

Severability. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held void, voidable, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, no other provision of this Agreement shall be affected as a result thereof, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall be valid and remain in full force and effect as if such void, voidable, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had been omitted.
