Interest Account and Interest Computations. The Administrative Agent shall record in an account or accounts maintained by the Administrative Agent on its books # the Applicable Interest Rate for the Loans; # the date and amount of each principal and interest payment on each Loan; and # such other information as the Administrative Agent may determine is necessary for the computation of interest payable by the Borrower hereunder consistent with the basis hereof. The Borrower agrees that all computations by the Administrative Agent of interest shall be deemed prima facie to be correct in the absence of manifest error.

The Administrative Agent shall open and maintain on its books in the name of the Borrower a loan account with respect to the Loans and interest thereon (the “Loan Account”). The Administrative Agent shall debit such Loan Account for the principal amount of each Loan made by it on behalf of the Lenders, accrued interest thereon, and all other amounts which shall become due from the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and shall credit the Loan Account for each payment which the Borrower shall make in respect to the Obligations. The records of the Administrative Agent with respect to such Loan Account shall be conclusive evidence of the Loans and accrued interest thereon, absent manifest error.

Administrative Agent shall also maintain accounts in which it will record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the type thereof and the Interest Period with respect thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by Administrative Agent hereunder from Borrower and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Type thereof and the Interest Period (if any) applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder, and # any amount received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Type thereof and the Interest Period applicable thereto, if any, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Type thereof and the Interest Period applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender's share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Type thereof and the Interest Period applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it will record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Type thereof and the Interest Period applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder from the Borrower or any Guarantor and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Type thereof and the Interest Period applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrowers to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Class and Type thereof and the Interest Period (if any) applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders or the Issuing Banks and each Lender’s or Issuing Bank’s share thereof.

The applicable Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record # the amount of each Loan made hereunder, the Facility, Type and the Interest Period applicable thereto, # the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and # the amount of any sum received by the applicable Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.
