Services. Company will render in the services set forth in the attached [Schedule I]: Scope of Services (“Services”). Any additional work required beyond the Services set forth [Schedule I] must be agreed to in writing by Client and Company.

Services. Director will serve or continue to serve as a director of the Company for so long as Director is duly elected or appointed or until Director tenders [his][her] resignation.

Services. From the Effective Date until September 30, 2019 (the “Consulting Period”), you will provide training, advisory and consulting services to [[CarGurus:Organization]] (the “Services”) on an as-needed basis in a manner consistent with the standards you maintained when employed by [[CarGurus:Organization]]. Your points of contact for the Services are [[Person B:Person]] and Kyle Lomeli. We do not expect that you will need or have access to any material, non-public information in connection with the Services. [[CarGurus:Organization]] may terminate the Consulting Period early at its election.

Services. The Company hereby engages Consultant, and Consultant accepts such engagement, to perform the Services. Consultant shall provide the Services at such specific times and at such particular locations as Consultant and the Company mutually determine from time to time.

Services. During the Term (as defined below), Consultant shall perform such services (the "Services"), at such times and locations, as shall be mutually agreed between Consultant and the Company. Services shall not include providing legal advice, and Consultant will not be performing legal services for the Company during the Term. The parties intend that the Employment Termination shall be a separation from service under section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code ("[Section 409A]"), and, accordingly, Consultant shall provide Services under this Agreement at a level that is, on average, no more than 20 percent of the average level of services performed by Consultant for the Company over the 36-month period immediately preceding the Effective Date.

Consultant shall provide to the Company the Services set forth in [Exhibits 1] and 2 to this Agreement.

Services. Each Provider agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, each service described in [Schedule A] (as such schedule may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the “Services”) to the Recipient.

Services. Advisor agrees to serve as a member of Stoke’s SAB and serve as the Chairperson of the SAB with respect to such matters and projects as are mutually agreed from time to time by and between Advisor and Stoke, and perform the services described on Exhibit A (collectively, “Services”).

Compute North shall provide, and Customer shall pay for, the colocation, managed and other services (the “Services”) for Customer’s cryptocurrency mining hardware (the “Mining Equipment,” and collectively with any Capital Equipment and Acquired Hardware, the “Equipment”) identified on the order form attached hereto and incorporated herein as [Exhibit A], as may be updated or supplemented in writing and duly signed by Customer and Compute North from time to time (the “Order Form”). Compute North shall provide the Services consistent with, and as more fully described in, its customer handbook (the “Customer Handbook”), available at www.computenorth.com/handbook- sla.pdf and incorporated herein, as Compute North may update from time to time.
