Fees for Transition Services rendered by Third Party Service Providers shall be equivalent to the amount Seller pays such Third Party Service Providers for rendering such services.

Consulting Fee, Expenses. In consideration of entering into this Agreement and the Services rendered to Company, Consultant shall provide services and receive compensation as described in the attached Exhibit A.

Shares of common stock may be issued under the Stock Issuance Program for past or future services rendered or to be rendered to the Corporation (or any Parent or Subsidiary) as the Board may deem appropriate in each individual instance.

Compensation. In consideration for the services rendered by the Employee hereunder, the Company shall pay the Employee compensation as follows:

All services rendered and monies expended by the [[Organization A:Organization]] until the date of termination not yet paid for; and

Compensation. In consideration of the services to be rendered by Executive, Company shall pay to Executive during the initial Term:

Account: as defined in the UCC, including all rights to payment for goods sold or leased, or for services rendered.

Compensation. In consideration for the Consulting Services rendered by the Consultant hereunder, the Company shall pay the Consultant compensation as follows;

Accounts with respect to which the goods have not been shipped or delivered, or the services have not been rendered, to the Account Debtor.

The indemnity provided in this Section 9.1 shall survive the completion of Services rendered under, or any termination or purported termination of, this Agreement.
