Services for Others. You shall be free to represent or perform services for other persons during the term of this Agreement.

Services for Others. Consultant acknowledges that the services to be performed for the Company hereunder are essential to the Company and, therefore, except as set forth on the attached [Exhibit B], Consultant agrees not to undertake consulting projects without permission from Company for any other party during the term hereof that pertain to the subject matter of the intellectual property assigned or licensed to the Company regarding arginase 1/ ARG1RefSeg Gene ID: ​ and engineered versions thereof, and cystathionase (cystathionine gamma-lyase)/CTH RefSeg Gene ID: ​ and engineered variants thereof including but not limited to Methionase, Cystinase, and any other technology assigned or exclusively licensed to the Company derived from the work performed by Consultant, or other modifications of this technology exclusively licensed by the Company that, in the reasonable judgment of the Company, would interfere with Consultant’s Duties hereunder.

Employment of Others. Either the Consultant and/or its assigned contractors shall perform all the above Services.

Notice to Others. Executive agrees to notify any future prospective employers and future employers, and any future joint venturers, partners and contracting parties of Executive, whose activities may be deemed to compete with Company of the existence of each of the covenants contained in [Sections 6, 7, 8 and 9]9]9]9] of this Agreement.

Reliance Upon Others. The Committee, any person to whom it may delegate such of its duties and powers as provided herein, and the officers and directors of the Company shall be entitled to rely conclusively upon and shall be fully protected in any action taken by them in good faith in reliance upon any tables, valuations, certificates, opinions, reports or other advice furnished to them by any duly appointed actuary, accountant, legal counsel (who may be counsel for the Company) or other specialist.

Services. The Company engages Consultant to perform consulting services, on an as-needed basis, as requested from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Services. Advisor agrees to # advise the Company on general strategic business and technical matters in line with the responsibilities set forth in [Appendix A], # use his/her best efforts to meet with the Company’s Board of Directors and/or management in person once ever calendar quarter, and # collaborate and provide advice and assistance to the Company as is mutually agreed by the parties (collectively, the “Services”).

Services. You shall render customary services as a Director, member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Compensation Committee(hereinafter, your 'Duties'). During the term of this Agreement, you may attend and participate at each meeting regarding the business and operation issues of the Company as regularly or specially called, via teleconference, video conference or in person. You shall consult with the members of the Board and committee (if any) regularly and as necessary via telephone, electronic mail or other forMr of correspondence.

Services. The Administrator shall perform (or oversee, or arrange for, the performance of) the administrative services necessary for the operation of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Administrator shall provide the Company with office facilities, equipment, clerical, bookkeeping and record-keeping services at such facilities and such other services as the Administrator, subject to review by the Board, shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Administrator shall also, on behalf of the Company, conduct relations with custodians, depositories, transfer agents, dividend disbursing agents, other stockholder servicing agents, accountants, attorneys, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and such other persons in any such other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable. The Administrator shall make reports to the Board of its performance of obligations hereunder and furnish advice and recommendations with respect to such other aspects of the business and affairs of the Company as it shall determine to be desirable; provided that nothing herein shall be construed to require the Administrator to, and the Administrator shall not, provide any advice or recommendation
