Within 30 days after the later of the Termination Date or the date the signed release becomes effective and enforceable in accordance with [section 9], the Company shall pay the Executive the amount of ​ in gross pay with deductions to be made as required by law.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the PD Employment Agreement, Dauman shall be entitled, without further notice or action (other than the execution and non-revocation of the First Dauman Release (defined in [Section 10(b)] below)), to the rights and benefits set forth in Paragraph 9(d)(ii) (Termination without Cause or Resignation with Good Reason) of the PD Employment Agreement, as such rights and payments are set forth on [Exhibit B] attached hereto (such payments, the “PD Separation Payments”).

Separation Date/Salary Payments. The Employee shall continue to perform his regular full-time duties and responsibilities as an active employee and be paid his current salary at the Company's regular pay intervals through December 31, 2016. (referred to as the "Separation Date").

Separation. Effective on the Separation Date, Employee shall have no further rights deriving from Employee’s employment by the Company, and shall not be entitled to any further compensation or non-vested benefits, except as provided in this Agreement and/or in accordance with applicable law.

Separation. Employee resigned from his position with the Company as Chief Operating Officer effective February 18, 2022 (the "Resignation Date"). In connection with his resignation, Employer wishes to offer Employee certain severance benefits above and beyond what Employee would otherwise be owed in exchange for a release of any and all claims the Employee may have or claim to have against Employer.

SEPARATION. You are hereby resigning from the Company effective as of ​ (the “Separation Date”).

Except as provided in [subparagraph (b)], as soon as administratively practicable following the completion of the first valuation of a Participant’s Account pursuant to Section 2.1 which coincides with or next follows the Participant’s Separation from Service, the value of the Participant’s Account at the time of such Separation from Service shall be paid to the Participant or, if such Participant is not living at the time of payment, to such Participant’s Beneficiaries in a single lump-sum payment in cash.

Separation Date. Executive’s employment at Patterson as Special Advisor will end effective ​ (the “Separation Date”). The period between the date of Executive’s execution of this Agreement and the Separation Date or earlier termination date shall be referred to as the “Transition Period.” Executive remains subject to termination for Cause (as defined herein) during the Transition Period.

Separation Date. Effective July 31, 2018, Employee’s position as an employee of the Company shall hereby end (the “Separation Date”). As of the Separation Date, Employee hereby also resigns from any and all officer positions, if any, she then holds with the Company.
