Separation. Ketkar has resigned, and his employment with Arcadia shall end, on September 1, 2019 (“Separation Date”). As of the Separation Date, Ketkar has resigned all positions he had or may have had with Arcadia including, but not limited to, as a director, officer, manager, employee or agent of Arcadia or any of its affiliates.

Separation. In connection with the cessation of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee stepped down from his position as the Executive Vice President, Broadband Networks Segment Leader & Chief Technology Officer of Parent and the Company, and all positions Employee held with Parent, the Company and any subsidiaries and affiliates thereof, effective on July 19, 2021, and Employee’s employment ended on the Separation Date. This Agreement is intended to and does settle and resolve all claims of any nature that Employee might have against the Company arising out of their employment relationship or the termination of employment or relating to any other matter. Other than the payments set forth in this Agreement, the parties agree that Employee will not be entitled to any additional compensation, bonus, benefits, severance payments or grants under any incentive program maintained by the Company or any of its affiliates.

Separation. Your last day of work with the Company and your employment termination date will be March 31, 2022 (the “Separation Date”), unless your employment terminates sooner pursuant to Section 3((c)) below. If termination occurs earlier or later than March 31, 2022, the actual date of termination shall become the Separation Date for purposes of this Agreement.

Separation. You hereby resign your employment, and the Company hereby accepts your resignation, effective as of April 1, 2019 (the “Separation Date”). You also agree that you will not stand for reelection to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of stockholders, and therefore you will no longer be a member of the Board following such meeting.

Separation. The Company and Executive agree that Executive’s employment with the Company shall end effective as of the Separation Date. Executive hereby agrees to execute such further document(s) as shall be determined by the Company as necessary or desirable to give effect to the termination of Executive’s status as an employee and officer of the Company and each of its subsidiaries; provided that such documents shall not be inconsistent with any of the terms of this Agreement.

Separation. Due to position elimination, your last day of work with the Company and your employment termination date will be Friday, August 30, 2019 (the "Separation Date"). The Company will not contest any claim that you might make for unemployment compensation benefits after that time.

Separation. The Company and Executive agree that Executive’s employment with the Company and service on the Board shall end effective as of the Separation Date. Executive hereby agrees to execute such further document(s) as shall be determined by the Company as necessary or desirable to give effect to the termination of Executive’s status as an employee and officer of the Company and each of its subsidiaries; provided that such documents shall not be inconsistent with any of the terms of this Agreement.

Separation. Your separation from the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates will be effective on the “Separation Date,” and you will not seek, and you hereby waive, any reemployment or reinstatement.

Separation. Employee's resignation of his employment with Employer will be effective as of December 31, 2018 ("Separation Date"). As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Employee has no authority to speak for, act for, represent, or in any way affect the affairs of Employer and is restricted from entering Employer's property. Upon the date of signature of this agreement, the employee will have no obligation to return to the office, but should remain available to assist as necessary in transition throughout the employment period specified above.

Separation. Employee’s employment with the Company shall terminate effective as of ​ (the “Separation Date”).
