Promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any [[Loan Party:Organization]] or any Subsidiary thereof, copies of each notice or other correspondence received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non‑U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation or other inquiry by such agency regarding financial or other operational results of any [[Loan Party:Organization]] or any Subsidiary thereof.

promptly, and in any event within five Business Days after receipt thereof by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, copies of each notice or other correspondence received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation or other inquiry by such agency regarding financial or other operational results of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof;

promptly, and in any event within five Business Days after receipt thereof by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, copies of each notice or other correspondence received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation or other inquiry by such agency (excluding routine comments and correspondence from such agency) regarding financial or other operational results of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof; and

promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, copies of any notice received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof;

promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any Loan Party, copies of each notice or other correspondence received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation or other inquiry by such agency regarding financial or other operational results of any Loan Party;

so long as it is not precluded from doing so by the rules of the SEC or other comparable agency, promptly, and in any event within five Business Days after receipt thereof by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, copies of each notice or other correspondence, other than routine comments on filed documents, received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation (whether formal or informal) by such agency regarding financial or other operational results of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof;

promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof, copies of each notice or other correspondence received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation or other inquiry by such agency regarding financial or other operational results of any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof;

promptly after receipt thereof by any Borrower or any Subsidiary, copies of each notice or other correspondence received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation by the SEC or such other agency regarding financial or other operational results of any Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof; and

promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof, copies each notice of a non-routine nature received from the SEC (or comparable agency in any applicable non-U.S. jurisdiction) concerning any investigation or possible investigation or other inquiry by such agency regarding financial or other operational results of any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof;
