Schedule. Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a reasonably detailed schedule setting forth milestone dates for Substantial Completion of the Base Building Improvements, and shall keep Tenant reasonably apprised of any material changes in said schedule.
Vesting Schedule. Subject to the special vesting rules set forth in [Sections 7, 14 and 15]5]5], the Stock Units shall vest in accordance with the Vesting Schedule specified in the Award Agreement to the extent that the Employee is continuously employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries until the Vesting Dates specified in the Vesting Schedule and has not terminated employment on or before such dates. An Employee will not be treated as remaining in continuous employment if the Employee’s employer ceases to be a Subsidiary of the Company.

There has been no amendment, interpretation or other announcement (written or oral) by the Company, any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, sole proprietorship, trade, business or other entity or organization that, together with the Company, is or was treated as a single employer under [[Section 414(b), (c), (m) or (o)])])])]])])])] of the Code (each, an “ERISA Affiliate”) or any other person relating to, or change in participation or coverage under, any Employee Benefit Plan that, either alone or together with other such items or events, could materially increase the expense of maintaining such Employee Benefit Plan (or the Employee Benefit Plans taken as a whole) above the level of expense incurred with respect thereto for the most recent fiscal year included in the Financial Statements. Neither the Company nor any ERISA Affiliate has any agreement, arrangement, commitment or obligation to create, enter into or contribute to any additional Employee Benefit Plan, or to modify or amend any existing Employee Benefit Plan. The terms of each Employee Benefit Plan permit the Company to amend or terminate such Employee Benefit Plan at any time and for any reason without penalty and without material liability or expense. None of the rights of the Company under any Employee Benefit Plan will be impaired in any way by this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Exercisability Schedule. No portion of this Stock Option may be exercised until such portion shall have become exercisable. Except as set forth below, and subject to the discretion of the Administrator (as defined in [Section 1] of the Plan) to accelerate the exercisability schedule hereunder, this Stock Option shall be exercisable with respect to the following number of Option Shares on the dates indicated so long as Optionee remains in a Service Relationship on such dates:

Delivery Schedule.
