Safety Stock. NOF shall maintain a safety stock of the ​ raw material in a quantity that is sufficient to Manufacture at least ​ of SUNBRIGHT ​ (the “Safety Stock”) from ​ and thereafter throughout the Term. This Safety Stock shall remain separate and distinct from any other quantities of ​ inventory held at NOF’s Facility and shall be stored by NOF. NOF will maintain the appropriate level of Safety Stock by promptly replenishing that quantity of ​ used in such supply in accordance with [Section 4.7]. NOF will manage Safety Stock to fulfill Apellis purchase orders on a routine basis to prevent units of ​ being held in the Safety Stock from exceeding their posted expiration date. NOF shall replenish its Safety Stock within ​ of use pursuant to this [Section 4.13] (the “Replenishment Period”). NOF shall within ​ of the end of the Replenishment Period notify Apellis in writing of its inability to replenish the Safety Stock as aforesaid. Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Apellis shall purchase the Safety Stock in accordance with [Section 9.3].

Safety Stock. West will procure and maintain for the manufacturing of the Product a safety stock of raw materials and other components required to be used by West for the manufacture of the Product and as necessary to satisfy the Master Production Plan and applicable binding purchase orders for the Product and avoid supply shortages. In addition, West will procure strategic supply for any raw materials that have a lead-time in excess of the binding period for a raw material that may be reasonably expected to be in short supply based on industry trends within the 24 month forecasted quantity. West will be responsible for the costs and expenses associated with such safety stock.

Safety. Cellnet shall submit a Project Health & Safety Plan to Laclede for

Safety Stock. Supplier shall maintain an inventory of Products equal to the average monthly quantity included in the first three (3) months of the Forecast. By way of example only, if the forecasted quantity of Products in the first three (3) months of the Forecast is 100+120+140 units, for a total of 360 units of Products, Supplier shall hold a safety stock of 120 units of Products. [[OUTSET:Organization]] shall be responsible for the Safety Stock held by Supplier per this requirement if this Agreement is cancelled for any reason or if Purchase Orders are never placed to cover the forecasted requirements. If the safety stock remains in storage for longer than ​ months, [[OUTSET:Organization]] will be responsible for all storage cost associated with the stock.

Safety Stock. To ensure continuity of supply CCX or its CMO’s will manufacture and store a reasonable quantity of safety stock of the components and API at the Manufacturing Sites (the “Safety Stock”).

Safety Procedures. APCETH will be solely responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety procedures for the performance of manufacturing activities and for the handling of any materials or hazardous waste used in or generated by such manufacturing activities. APCETH, in consultation with, BBB will develop safety and handling procedures for Product; provided, however, that BBB will have no responsibility for APCETH´s health and safety program.

Safety Issues. The Parties will enter into a pharmacovigilance agreement (“Pharmacovigilance Agreement”), at a mutually agreed date, at least ​ days prior to ​. The Pharmacovigilance Agreement will govern the procedure for the mutual exchange of safety information within appropriate timeframes and in an appropriate format to enable the Parties to comply with any local and international regulatory reporting obligations and to facilitate appropriate safety reviews.

Safety Stock. Alba shall use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain a three (3) month reserve of all critical raw materials (“Safety Stock”), based on each OrthoSera Product forecast at all times throughout the term of this Supply Agreement. Such Safety Stock shall be reviewed and modified periodically with Ortho input.

Safety Stock. To ensure continuity of supply, a reasonable quantity of safety stock of the API will be held by [[Organization A:Organization]] at the Manufacturing Site (the “Safety Stock”). Client will pay to [[Organization A:Organization]] a reasonable fee for the storage of the Safety Stock as may be mutually agreed by the parties.

Safety. The Service Provider shall be responsible for compliance with all local, municipal, federal or government regulations that relate to the safety of its Personnel and operations, including any airport rules or regulations. Service Provider shall have a written safety program that defines the roles and responsibilities of the Service Provider and its Personnel for achieving a safe operation. At Airline’s request, a copy of this program shall be submitted to Airline for review to assure that it is compatible with Airline’s safety program and in no way jeopardizes the safety of Airline’s employees, customers or operations. Service Provider and its Personnel shall, at a minimum, comply with all written Airline procedures and regulations that apply to the operation and maintenance of equipment, if any, that have been made available by Airline to Service Provider; such availability to be satisfied by # physical delivery to Service Provider of hard copies of such procedures and regulations, or, alternatively, # through access to Airline’s web-based procedures and regulations, along with specific direction from Airline as to the location of any such procedures and regulations. Service Provider shall actively participate in all local safety initiatives, as requested by Airline station management, and shall assist and cooperate in incident investigations that involve Fuel Services equipment and/or Service Provider or Personnel.
