Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall, during the term of this Lease, observe and abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Building set forth as [Exhibit B], as the same may from time to time be amended, revised or supplemented (the “Rules and Regulations”), provided that such amendments, revisions or supplements shall not materially change the obligations of Landlord or Tenant as set forth in this Lease as of the Date of this Lease. Tenant shall further be responsible for compliance with the Rules and Regulations by the employees, servants, agents and visitors of Tenant. Landlord agrees that it shall apply the Rules and Regulations in a nondiscriminatory manner, but Landlord may waive Rules and Regulations with respect to particular tenants when Landlord shall have a good faith basis to do so. The failure of Landlord to enforce any of the Rules and Regulations against Tenant, or against any other tenant or occupant of the Building, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such Rules and Regulations. In the event of a conflict between the express terms of this Lease and any requirement of the Rules and Regulations, the terms of this Lease shall control.

Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall, at all times during the Lease Term and any extension thereof, comply with all reasonable rules and regulations at any time or from time to time established by Landlord covering use of the Premises and the Project. The current rules and regulations are attached hereto. In the event of any conflict between said rules and regulations and other provisions of this Lease, the other terms and provisions of this Lease shall control. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Tenant shall not be required to comply with new rules and regulations: # that are not applied equitably to other Property tenants to the extent applicable, # that will increase Tenant’s obligations, costs or liabilities (by more than a de minimis amount), or # that will materially interfere with Tenant’s use of or access to the Premises.

Tenant shall comply with the reasonable Rules and Regulations established from time to time by Landlord, provided such rules and regulations shall not impact Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Uses. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for # the failure of other tenants to comply with such Rules and Regulations, # the failure of other tenants to comply with any term or provision of their respective leases or # any nuisance or wrongful, negligent, improper, offensive or unlawful act or omission of any such other tenant.

Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with Landlord’s rules and regulations attached hereto as [Exhibit 5.5] and as otherwise promulgated or revised from time to time (the “Rules and Regulations”), provided the same are not inconsistent with or in limitation of the provisions of this Lease and are reasonable, and Tenant shall use reasonable efforts to cause its agents, contractors, customers and business invitees to comply therewith. If there is any inconsistency between this Lease and the Rules and Regulations, this Lease shall govern. Landlord shall not discriminate in its application and enforcement of the Rules and Regulations against Tenant.

Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall be solely responsible for paying for any and all ancillary services (e.g., audio visual equipment) provided to Tenant, all food services operators and any other third party vendors providing services to Tenant at The Alexandria. Tenant shall use the Amenities (including, without limitation, the Shared Conference Facilities) in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and any rules and regulations imposed by The Alexandria Landlord or Landlord from time to time and in a manner that will not interfere with the rights of other Users. The use of Amenities other than the Shared Conference Facilities by employees of Tenant shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the standard licenses, indemnification and waiver agreement required by The Alexandria Landlord or the operator of the Amenities to be executed by all persons wishing to use such Amenities. Neither The Alexandria Landlord nor Landlord (nor, if applicable, any other affiliate of Landlord) shall have any liability or obligation for the breach of any rules or regulations by other Users with respect to the Amenities. Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements of any kind to the Shared Conference Facilities, the Amenities or The Alexandria.

Rules and Regulations. The current rules and regulations are attached hereto as Exhibit E. Any new rules and regulations imposed by Landlord pursuant to this Section 26 shall not # materially adversely affect Tenant’s parking or Tenant’s access to or use of the Premises for the Permitted Use, and/or # materially increase Tenant’s financial obligations to Landlord under this Lease in a manner not otherwise contemplated by the other provisions of this Lease. If there is any conflict between said rules and regulations and other provisions of this Lease, the terms and provisions of this Lease shall control. Landlord shall not have any liability or obligation for the breach of any rules or regulations by other tenants in the Project and shall not enforce such rules and regulations in a discriminatory manner.

Rules and Regulations. Landlord or such other person(s) as Landlord may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and Building and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable rules and regulations with respect thereto. Tenant agrees to abide by and conform to all such rules and regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, and invitees to so abide and conform. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-compliance with said rules and regulations by other tenants of the Building or Complex.

Rules and Regulations. Employee agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the Company as established from time to time, including, but not limited to, the Employee Handbook and InfuSystem Expense Guidelines.

Rules and Regulations. The current rules and regulations are attached hereto as Exhibit E. If there is any conflict between said rules and regulations and other provisions of this Lease, the terms and provisions of this Lease shall control. Landlord shall not have any liability or obligation for the breach of any rules or regulations by other tenants in the Project and shall not enforce such rules and regulations in a discriminatory manner.
