SECTION # No Waiver; Cumulative Remedies. No failure to exercise and no delay in exercising, on the part of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder or under the other Loan Documents shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege. The rights, remedies, powers and privileges herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights, remedies, powers and privileges provided by law.

SECTION # Remedies Cumulative. All of [[Organization B:Organization]]’s rights and remedies, whether evidenced by this Security Agreement or by any other agreement, note, contract or understanding between [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]], shall be cumulative and may be exercised singularly or concurrently. Election of [[Organization B:Organization]] to pursue any remedy shall not exclude pursuit of any other remedy, and an election to make expenditures or to take action to perform an obligation of [[Organization A:Organization]] under this Security Agreement, after [[Organization A:Organization]]’s failure to perform, shall not affect [[Organization B:Organization]]’s right to declare a default and to exercise his remedies.
