Right to Terminate. The Company or Executive may terminate Executive’s employment at any time for any reason. The Company is obligated to provide the benefits hereinafter specified only if such benefits are due in accordance with the terms hereof.

Termination of Employment. The Employment Term and Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated prior to the expiration of the Employment Term by either the Company or Executive at any time and for any reason. Upon termination of Executive’s employment during or at the end of the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to the compensation and benefits in accordance with this Section 5.

Termination. The Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder may be terminated by the Company or the Executive, as applicable, at any time prior to the end of the Term for any of the following reasons:

Executive will be employed by the Company at will, which means that either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason or no reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, following the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be entitled to the compensation and benefits provided for in Section 4 of this Agreement, as applicable depending on the circumstances of such termination, in accordance with such provisions.

Termination of Employment. Executive and the Company acknowledge and agree that either party may terminate Executive’s employment at any time, for any reason or no reason. Any termination shall be subject to the following provisions:
