Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) and the Grantee, or as a contractual right of the Grantee to continue in the employ of the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company), or as a limitation of the right of the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) to discharge the Grantee at any time.

. Neither the Option nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continued employment or service with the Company.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in the Plan, in this Agreement or any other instrument executed pursuant thereto or hereto shall confer upon the Grantee any right to continued employment with the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

No Right to Continued Employment. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Participant the right to be retained in the employ of, or in any consulting relationship to, the Company or any Affiliate. Further, the Company or an Affiliate may at any time dismiss the Participant, free from any liability or any claim under the Plan or this Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

No Right to Continued Employment. Any questions as to whether and when there has been a termination of employment and the cause of such termination of service shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Board. Nothing in this Agreement confers upon the Participant the right to continue in the employ of or performing services for the Company or any subsidiary, or interfere in any way with the rights of the Company or any subsidiary to terminate Participant’s employment or service relationship at any time, subject to any employment agreement or other service agreement in effect between the Company and the Participant.

Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries to Terminate the Participant’s employment, nor confer upon the Participant any right to continuance of employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or continuance of service as a Board member.

Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the Employment of the Company or any Subsidiary or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which are hereby expressly reserved, to terminate the Employment of the Participant at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without Cause, subject to the applicable provisions of, if any, the Participant’s Employment Agreement or offer letter provided by the Company or any Subsidiary to the Participant.
