Revocation. Employee may revoke this Agreement for a period of seven (7) calendar days following the day Employee executes this Agreement. Any revocation within this period must be submitted, in writing, to and state, "I hereby revoke my acceptance of our Agreement and General Release." The revocation must be personally delivered or mailed to , [insert title] at , and delivered or postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of execution of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired. If the last day of the revocation period is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, then the revocation period shall not expire until the next following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
EMPLOYEE understands that she may revoke this Agreement and General Release for a period of seven (7) calendar days following the day she executes this Agreement and General Release and this Agreement and General Release shall not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired, and no revocation has occurred. Any revocation within this period must be submitted, in writing, to the Company and state, "I hereby revoke my acceptance of your Agreement and General Release." Said revocation must be personally delivered to the Company or its designee, or mailed to the Company and postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of execution of this Agreement and General Release; and EMPLOYEE has carefully considered other alternatives to executing this Agreement and General Release.
Employee shall have seven (7) days following his signing of this Agreement within which to revoke this Agreement. This Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the seven (7) day period following Employees signing this Agreement has expired. In order to revoke this Agreement, Employee must provide written notice to Company prior to midnight on the seventh day after Employees signature to validly rescind his acceptance of this Agreement. Seven Day Revocation Period. Employee may revoke this Agreement at any time within seven (7) days after Employee returns a signed copy pursuant to Section 16. To revoke the Agreement, Employee must deliver written notification of such revocation to the attention of the CEO (or his delegate) within seven (7) days after the date that Employee signs this Agreement. Employee further understands that if Employee does not revoke the Agreement within seven (7) days following execution (excluding the date of execution), the Agreement will become effective and binding on the Parties, and fully enforceable by the Parties, as of the date of execution.
Employee is aware that this Release shall become null and void if he revokes his agreement to this Release within seven (7) days following the date of execution of this Release. Employee may revoke this Release at any time during such seven-day period by delivering (or causing to be delivered) to the Company written notice of his revocation of this Release no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the seventh (7th) full day following the date of execution of this Release (the “Effective Date”). Employee agrees and acknowledges that a letter of revocation that is not received by such date and time will be invalid and will not revoke this Release.
Revocation. Employee may revoke this Agreement at any time within seven (7) days after signing and delivering it to the Company by notifying the Company in writing (in the manner set forth in Section 12) of Employee’s decision to revoke. Time is of the essence with regard to this Section 4.
Employee is entitled to revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after signing it, and this Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the seven day revocation period has expired;
Employee acknowledges he has been advised by Employer that he is entitled to revoke this Release Agreement (in the event he executes this Release Agreement) within seven (7) days after executing it and that this Agreement will not and does not become effective or enforceable until the seven (7) day revocation period has expired; and
Effective Date; Revocation. Executive acknowledges and represents that he has been given days during which to review and consider the provisions of this Agreement and, specifically, the General Release set forth in Section 1 above. Executive further acknowledges and represents that he has been advised by the Company that he has the right to revoke this Agreement for a period of seven (7) days after signing it. Executive acknowledges and agrees that, if he wishes to revoke this Agreement, he must do so in a writing, signed by him and received by the Company no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the seventh (7th) day of the revocation period. If no such revocation occurs, the General Release and this Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following his execution of this Agreement.
[Except in Minnesota, this paragraph need not be included if Employee is under age 40 when his employment terminates.] Revocation Period. If Employee signs this Agreement and Release, he/she acknowledges that he/she understands that he/she may revoke this Agreement and Release within seven (7) [if Employer is in Minnesota: “fifteen (15)”] days after he/she has signed it by notifying Employer in writing that he/she has revoked this Agreement and Release. Such notice shall be addressed to [insert name and address of person to whom revocation should be sent].
