Return of Company Property. The Executive’s receipt of any severance payments or benefits upon the Executive’s Qualifying Termination under Section 3 is subject to the Executive returning all documents and other property provided to the Executive by any member of the Company Group (with the exception of a copy of the Company employee handbook and personnel documents specifically relating to the Executive), developed or obtained by the Executive in connection with his or her employment with the Company Group, or otherwise belonging to the Company Group.

Return of Company Property. All records, designs, patents, business plans, financial statements, manuals, memoranda, customer lists, computer data, customer information, and other property or information delivered to or compiled by you by or on behalf of the J.Jill Companies, their representatives, vendors or customers shall be and remain the property of the J.Jill Companies, and be subject at all times to its discretion and control. Upon the request of J.Jill and, in any event, upon the termination of your employment with J.Jill, you shall promptly deliver all such materials to J.Jill, and shall permanently delete any electronic copies thereof that you might have 5. Work Product and Inventions.

Return of Company Property. By the Separation Date, you agree to return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property that you have had in your possession at any time, including, but not limited to, Company files, notes, drawings, records, business plans and forecasts, financial information, specifications, computer-recorded information, tangible property (including, but not limited to, computers), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys; and, any materials of any kind that contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof). Please coordinate return of Company property with ​. Receipt of the Severance Benefits described in Section 1 of this Agreement is expressly conditioned upon return of all Company property.

RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY. On the date of Executive’s termination of employment with Cue for any reason (or at any time prior thereto at Cue’s request), Executive shall return all property belonging to Cue or its Affiliates (including any Cue or Affiliate-provided laptops, computers, cell phones, wireless electronic mail devices or other equipment, or documents or property belonging to Cue or an Affiliate).

Return of Company Property. Employee agrees, prior to the receipt of the payment provided under paragraph 1, to return to [[Hub:Organization]] all property, including computer hardware and software, documents, and electronically stored data belonging or relating to [[Hub:Organization]].

Return of Company Property. You have returned to the Company all Company property in your possession.

Return of Property. You acknowledge and agree that you are required to return all Company property to the Company pursuant to the Restrictive Covenants Agreement upon the ending of your employment, including, without limitation, all files, letters, notes, memoranda, credit cards, reports, records, data, charts, quotations and proposals, specification sheets, educational materials or other written, photographic or other tangible material containing proprietary information, including, without limitation your Company laptop. Notwithstanding this obligation, you may retain such Company property that is necessary, as determined by the Board, for purposes of performing Services during the Consulting Period, provided that you promptly return all such Company property at the end of the Consulting Period (other than the Company issued cellphone, which you may keep with your phone number, each at your own continued expense, provided, however, that you agree to first return any Company information that is on your cellphone to the Company and then, subject to any litigation document holds in place, wipe all Company information from your cellphone). After returning all such Company property to the Company, subject to litigation document holds then in place, you must delete and finally purge any duplicates of files or documents that may contain Company information from any non-Company computer or other device that remains your property after the last day of the Consulting Period. In the event that you discover that you continue to retain any such property, you must return it to the Company immediately.

Return of Property. Employee represents that Employee personally returned, by the date Employee first executed this Agreement, all Company property in reasonable condition (tangible, intangible, paper or electronic), including but not limited to all keys, credit cards, manuals, computers, PDAs, iPhones, iPads, equipment and software, records, data, plans, customer lists, computer programs and related documentation or other materials of any nature which are in Employee’s possession or control and any and all copies thereof; and that Employee has not compromised, corrupted, misappropriated, damaged or inappropriately shared, uploaded, or downloaded Company data.

Return of Property. You agree that, by the Separation Date, you will return to Diodes and not keep in your possession or under your control any confidential or trade secret information, nor any financial information nor any other property of Diodes, including keys, equipment, automobile or similar property. Nevertheless, you may keep your Diodes-provided computer and mobile phone after Diodes implements the appropriate exit procedures upon the said devices.

Return of Property. Employee agrees that upon termination of Employee’s employment with the Company (for any reason), or sooner if requested by the Company, Employee will return to the Company, in good condition, all property obtained during employment, including without limitation, the originals and all copies of any documents in whatever form (electronic, hard copy, etc.) or materials which contain, reflect, summarize, describe, analyze or refer or relate to any items of information listed in Section 1(a)-(b) of this Agreement. Employee agrees that all Confidential Information is the sole property of the Company and Employee has no right, title or interest to this property. In the event that such items are not so returned, the Company will have the right to charge Employee for all reasonable damages, costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred in searching for, removing and/or recovering such property.
