Return of Company Property. If Employee has not done so already, Employee must, before receiving any payment pursuant to Paragraph 2 of this Agreement, return all property belonging to the Company, including but not limited to corporate credit cards, keycard, mobile phones, computer equipment, files, records, computer access codes, computer software, business plans, instruction manuals, and any other property that Employee has prepared or helped to prepare in conjunction with Employee’s employment with the Company.
Return of Company Property. By the close of business on the Separation Date, you agree to return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property which you have in your possession or control, including, but not limited to, Company files, notes, drawings, records, plans, forecasts, reports, studies, analyses, proposals, agreements, financial information, research and development information, sales and marketing information, customer lists, prospect information, pipeline reports, sales reports, operational and personnel information, specifications, code, software, databases, computer-recorded information, tangible property and equipment (including, but not limited to, computers, facsimile machines, mobile telephones, servers), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys; and any materials of any kind which contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof in whole or in part). You agree that you will make a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information by the close of business on the Separation Date. If you have used any personally owned computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any Company confidential or proprietary data, materials or information, within fifteen (15) business days after the Separation Date, you shall provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of such information and then permanently delete and expunge such Company confidential or proprietary information from those systems. Your timely compliance with this paragraph is a condition precedent to your receipt of the severance benefits provided under this Agreement.
Return of Company Property. On September 20, 2019, you must return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property in your possession or control. You agree to make a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information within the timeframe referenced above. In addition, if you have used any personally owned computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any confidential or proprietary data, materials or information of the Company, then within five business days after the Separation Date, you must provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of such information and then permanently delete and expunge such confidential or proprietary information from those systems without retaining any reproductions (in whole or in part); and you agree to provide the Company access to your system, as requested, to verify that the necessary copying and deletion is done. Notwithstanding the above or any provision in any other agreement between you and the Company, including the CIAA, following the Separation Date you may retain, in hardcopy and/or electronic format, and use the Microsoft Outlook Contacts and similar contact information maintained by you as of the Separation Date and may also continue to maintain and use any personal or professional profile, accounts or contacts contained on any LinkedIn, Facebook or other social media site or system maintained by you as of the Separation Date. In addition, the Company consents to your continued retention and use following the Separation Date of the Apple iPhone XS mobile device (serial no. ) (“iPhone XS”) provided to you for use during your employment with the Company and, in further consideration of your promises and covenants in this Agreement, hereby transfers to you any and all right, title and interest the iPhone XS as of the Separation Date; provided, however, [[Person A:Person]] Knickerbocker that you shall cooperate with the Company’s IT Department to ensure that all Company data is removed from the phone. The Company also agrees to transfer to you the phone number currently associated with the iPhone XS () and will reasonably assist you, as necessary, in transferring the phone number to your name. Your timely compliance with the provisions of this paragraph is a precondition to your receipt of the severance benefits provided hereunder.
Return of Company Property. You agree that, on your Final Day, you will return to the Company any and all Company property in your possession or control, including, without limitation, equipment, documents (in paper and electronic form), security badges, and credit cards, (it is understood that you are retaining and accepting the ongoing financial obligation for your mobile phones), and you will return and delete and/or destroy all Company property that you stored in electronic form or media (including, but not limited to, any Company property stored in a cloud environment or in your personal computer, USB drives or in any other device that will remain in your possession or control after your Final Day).
Return of Company Property. All records, designs, patents, business plans, financial statements, manuals, memoranda, customer lists, computer data, customer information, and other property or information delivered to or compiled by you by or on behalf of the J.Jill Companies, their representatives, vendors or customers shall be and remain the property of the J.Jill Companies, and be subject at all times to its discretion and control. Upon the request of J.Jill and, in any event, upon the termination of your employment with J.Jill, you shall promptly deliver all such materials to J.Jill, and shall permanently delete any electronic copies thereof that you might have 5. Work Product and Inventions.
RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY. Upon Employee’s Separation from Service from the Company for any reason, Employee shall return to Company all personal property belonging to Company (“Company Property”) that is in Employee’s possession or control as of the date of such Separation from Service, including, without limitation, all records, papers, drawings, notebooks, specifications, marketing materials, software, reports, proposals, equipment, or any other device, document or possession, however obtained, whether or not such Company Property contains confidential information belonging to the Company. Such Company Property shall be returned in the same condition as when provided to Employee, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Return of Property. Employee agrees that all property (including without limitation all equipment, tangible proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts and computer-generated materials) furnished to or created or prepared by Employee incident to Employee’s employment belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment.

The Employee agrees to deliver promptly [[Organization A:Organization]], upon termination of the Employee’s employment hereunder, or at any other time when the Company so requests, all documents relating [[Organization A:Organization]] business of the Company Group; provided, however, that the Employee will be permitted to retain copies of any documents or materials of a personal nature or otherwise related [[Organization A:Organization]] Employee’s rights under this Agreement, copies of this Agreement and any attendant or ancillary documents specifically including any documents referenced in this Agreement and copies of any documents related [[Organization A:Organization]] Employee’s long-term incentive awards and other compensation.
Return of Property. Executive agrees that at the time of leaving the Company’s employ, if not sooner, he will: # deliver to the Company all (and will not keep in his possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else, any) Confidential Information, as well as all other devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, customer or client lists or information, or any other documents or property (including all reproductions of the aforementioned items) belonging to the Company or any of its affiliates or ventures, regardless of whether such items were prepared by Executive; and # return to a Company representative all computers and electronic storage devices including thumb drives, back-up devices, etc. that contain Company information. To the extent that Executive owns electronic devices that contain company information (e.g. personal computers, phones or home computers), Executive agrees to allow access to such devices to Company IT personnel to remove the Company information. To the extent Company-owned electronic devices contain Executive personal information, Executive and Company agree to cooperate in the removal or copying of the personal information to a separate device for Executive. Executive agrees to sign an inventory of the devices returned and steps to taken to remove Company information from Executive’s personal computers and devices.
Return of Property. Employee has delivered to the Company or will deliver to the Company promptly following the date hereof, any Company property in his/her possession or control existing in tangible form and has deleted or erased any Company property in his/her possession or control existing in electronic form, including, but not limited to, Confidential Information (as defined in the PIIA), records, client or prospective client information, employee information, vendor or supplier information, contractor information, financial data or material of any kind, sales material, technical data, credit cards, badges or entry cards, keys, key fobs, laptop computers, handheld or mobile devices, software, disks, blackberry mobile device, cell phone and any other equipment belonging to the Company. Employee irrevocably permits the Company to inspect any equipment or materials provided by the Company to Employee on or before Employee’s Separation Date.
