Return of Company Property. Not later than the Termination Date, or earlier if requested by the Company, Executive shall return to the Company all documents (and all copies thereof) and other property belonging to the Company that Executive has in his possession or control. The documents and property to be returned include, but are not limited to, all files, correspondence, email, memoranda, notes, notebooks, records, plans, forecasts, reports, studies, analyses, compilations of data, proposals, agreements, financial information, research and development information, marketing information, operational and personnel information, databases, computer-recorded information, tangible property and equipment (including, but not limited to, computers, facsimile machines, mobile telephones and servers), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys, and any materials of any kind which contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof in whole or in part). Executive agrees to make a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information. If Executive has used any personally owned computer, server or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any Company confidential or proprietary data, materials or information, then within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, or earlier if requested by the Company, Executive shall provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of all such information and then permanently delete and expunge such confidential or proprietary information from those systems. Executive agrees to provide the Company with a certification that the necessary copying and/or deletion is done.

Return of Company Property. As soon as possible, Executive shall, to the extent not previously returned or delivered: # return all equipment, records, files, programs or other materials and properly in Executive’s possession which belongs to the Company or any of its affiliates, including, without limitation, all computers, printers, laptops, personal data assistants, cell phones, credit cards, keys and access cards; and # deliver all original and copies of confidential and proprietary information (as described in Section 8 of the Employment Agreement) in Executive’s possession and notes, materials, records, plans, technical data or other documents, files or programs (whether stored in paper form, computer form, digital form, electronically or otherwise) in Executive’s possession that contain Proprietary Information. By signing this Release, Executive represents and warrants that Executive has not retained and has or will timely return and deliver all the items described or referenced in [subsections (a) or (b)])] above; and, that should Executive later discover additional items described or referenced in [subsections (a) or (b)])] above, Executive will promptly notify the Company and return/deliver such items to the Company.

Return of Company Property. I agree to commit no act or omission that harms, impairs or in any way damages [[Verso:Organization]]’s (or any of its subsidiaries’) computer systems and resources, including but not limited to, data, servers, storage, personal computers, mobile devices, security systems, network systems, and software. I represent and covenant that I have returned to [[Verso:Organization]] # all physical, computerized, electronic or other types of records, documents, proposals, notes, lists, files and any and all other materials, including computerized electronic information, that refer, relate or otherwise pertain to [[Verso:Organization]] or any of its subsidiaries that were in my possession, subject to my control or held by me for others; and # all property or equipment that I have been issued by [[Verso:Organization]] or any of its subsidiaries during the course of my employment or property or equipment that I otherwise possessed, including any keys, credit cards, office or telephone equipment, computers, tablets, cell phones/smartphones, other devices, and automobile. I acknowledges that I am not authorized to retain any physical, computerized, electronic or other types of copies of any such physical, computerized, electronic or other types of records, documents, proposals, notes, lists, files or materials, and am not authorized to retain any property or equipment of [[Verso:Organization]] or any of its subsidiaries. I further agree that I

Return of Company Property. Prior to the Termination Date, Employee shall return (and shall not retained any copies in any form) all Company documents and information (including all Confidential Information, trade secrets, data, and other proprietary information pertaining to the Company and its business operations and any other information stored on personally owned computer hard drives, flash drives or other medium or format), and any vehicles, badges, pagers, cell phones, computers, software, equipment or other property belonging to the Company, provided that Employee may retain his current iPad, so long as Employee permanently removes from such iPad any Company Confidential Information.

Return of Company Property. Employee agrees to immediately return to Company any and all property of Company in Employee’s possession, custody, or control. No severance shall be paid pursuant to this Agreement until all Company property is returned.

Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, and at any earlier time the Company requests, the Executive will deliver to the person designated by the Company all originals and copies of all documents and property of the Company or an Affiliate that is in the Executive’s possession, under the

By the close of business on the Separation Date, you agree to return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property which you have in your possession or control, including, but not limited to, Company files, notes, drawings, records, plans, forecasts, reports, studies, analyses, proposals, agreements, financial information, research and development information, sales and marketing information, customer lists, prospect information, pipeline reports, sales reports, operational and personnel information, specifications, code, software, databases, computer-recorded information, tangible property and equipment (including, but not limited to, computers, facsimile machines, mobile telephones, servers), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys; and any materials of any kind which contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof in whole or in part). You agree that you will make a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information by the close of business on the Separation Date. If you have used any personally owned computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any Company confidential or proprietary data, materials or information, within fifteen (15) business days after the Separation Date, you shall provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of such information and then permanently delete and expunge such Company confidential or proprietary information from those systems. Your timely compliance with this paragraph is a condition precedent to your receipt of the severance benefits provided under this Agreement.

Return of Company Property. If Employee has not done so already, Employee must, before receiving any payment pursuant to Paragraph 2 of this Agreement, return all property belonging to the Company, including but not limited to corporate credit cards, keycard, mobile phones, computer equipment, files, records, computer access codes, computer software, business plans, instruction manuals, and any other property that Employee has prepared or helped to prepare in conjunction with Employee's employment with the Company.

Return of Company Property. On September 20, 2019, you must return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property in your possession or control. You agree to make a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information within the timeframe referenced above. In addition, if you have used any personally owned computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any confidential or proprietary data, materials or information of the Company, then within five business days after the Separation Date, you must provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of such information and then permanently delete and expunge such confidential or proprietary information from those systems without retaining any reproductions (in whole or in part); and you agree to provide the Company access to your system, as requested, to verify that the necessary copying and deletion is done. Notwithstanding the above or any provision in any other agreement between you and the Company, including the CIAA, following the Separation Date you may retain, in hardcopy and/or electronic format, and use the Microsoft Outlook Contacts and similar contact information maintained by you as of the Separation Date and may also continue to maintain and use any personal or professional profile, accounts or contacts contained on any LinkedIn, Facebook or other social media site or system maintained by you as of the Separation Date. In addition, the Company consents to your continued retention and use following the Separation Date of the Apple iPhone XS mobile device (serial no. ​) (“iPhone XS”) provided to you for use during your employment with the Company and, in further consideration of your promises and covenants in this Agreement, hereby transfers to you any and all right, title and interest the iPhone XS as of the Separation Date; provided, however, [[Person A:Person]] Knickerbocker that you shall cooperate with the Company’s IT Department to ensure that all Company data is removed from the phone. The Company also agrees to transfer to you the phone number currently associated with the iPhone XS (​) and will reasonably assist you, as necessary, in transferring the phone number to your name. Your timely compliance with the provisions of this paragraph is a precondition to your receipt of the severance benefits provided hereunder.

Return of Company Property. You agree that, on your Final Day, you will return to the Company any and all Company property in your possession or control, including, without limitation, equipment, documents (in paper and electronic form), security badges, and credit cards, (it is understood that you are retaining and accepting the ongoing financial obligation for your mobile phones), and you will return and delete and/or destroy all Company property that you stored in electronic form or media (including, but not limited to, any Company property stored in a cloud environment or in your personal computer, USB drives or in any other device that will remain in your possession or control after your Final Day).
