Return of Company Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder (or at any other time upon the Company’s request), the Executive shall promptly supply to the Company (or destroy, at the Company’s option) all Company property, including and not limited to all data, documents, records, communications, drawings, models, prototypes or similar visual or conceptual presentations of any type, and all duplicates and copies thereof, that contain any confidential and/or proprietary information, charge cards, customer lists, passes, identification material, automobiles, keys or access devices, cell phones or communications devices, computers or devices, tools and any other equipment or other property.

Return of Company Property. At any time as requested by the Company, or upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all files, lists, books, records, manuals, memoranda, drawings, and specifications; all other written or printed materials and computers, cell phones, and other equipment that are the property of the Company (and any copies of them); and all other materials that may contain confidential information relating to the business of the Company, which Executive may then have in Executive’s possession or control, whether prepared by Executive or not.

Return of Company Property. Upon the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company (whether upon the expiration of the Term or otherwise), or at any time during such employment upon request by the Company, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company and not keep in his possession, recreate, or deliver to any other person or entity, any and all property which belongs to the Company, or which belongs to any other third party and is in the Executive's possession as a result of his employment with the Company, including without limitation, computer hardware and software, mobile devices, other electronic equipment, records, data, client lists and information, supplier lists and information, notes, reports, correspondence, financial information, account information, product information, files, and other documents and information, including any and all copies of the foregoing.

Return of Proprietary Information & Company Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company # all correspondence, drawings, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, or any other documents that are Proprietary Information, including all physical and digital copies thereof, and # all other Company property (including, without limitation, any personal computer or wireless device and related accessories, keys, credit cards and other similar items) which is in his possession, custody or control.

Return of Company Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, and at any earlier time the Company requests, the Executive will deliver to the person designated by the Company all originals and copies of all documents and property of the Company or an Affiliate that is in the Executive’s possession or under the Executive’s control or to which the Executive may have access. The Executive will not reproduce or appropriate for the Executive’s own use, or for the use of others, any property, Proprietary Information or Work Product.

Return of Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or involuntarily (and in all events within five (5) days of the Executive’s date of termination), and at any earlier time the Company requests, the Executive will deliver to the person designated by the Company all originals and copies of all documents and property of the Company in the Executive’s possession, under the Executive’s control or to which the Executive may have access, including but not limited to, any office, computing or communications equipment (e.g., laptop computer, facsimile machine, printer, cellular phone, etc.) that he has had or has been using, and any business or business-related files that he has had in his possession, except as otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 6(g) below. The Executive will not reproduce or appropriate for the Executive’s own use, or for the use of others, any property, Confidential Information or Company inventions, and shall remove from any personal computing or communications equipment all information relating to the Company, except as otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 6(g) below.

Return of Company Property. Not later than the Termination Date, Executive shall return to the Company all documents (and all copies thereof) and other property belonging to the Company that Executive has in his or her possession or control. The documents and property to be returned include, but are not limited to, all files, correspondence, email, memoranda, notes, notebooks, records, plans, forecasts, reports, studies, analyses, compilations of data, proposals, agreements, financial information, research and development information, marketing information, operational and personnel information, databases, computer-recorded information, tangible property and equipment (including, but not limited to, computers, facsimile machines, mobile telephones and servers), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys, and any materials of any kind which contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof in whole or in part). Executive agrees to make a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information. If Executive has used any personally owned computer, server or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any Company confidential or proprietary data, materials or information, then within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, Executive shall provide the Company with a computer- useable copy of all such information and then permanently delete and expunge such confidential or proprietary information from those systems. Executive agrees to provide the Company access to Executive’s system as requested to verify that the necessary copying and/or deletion is done.

Return of Company Property. Not later than the Termination Date, or earlier if requested by the Company, Executive shall return to the Company all documents (and all copies thereof) and other property belonging to the Company that Executive has in his possession or control. Return of Employer Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Employer any and all Employer equipment and property, access codes, documents, drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices and formulas, together with all copies thereof, and any other material (including, but not limited to, email messages and other material in electronic format) containing or disclosing any Confidential Information or other information regarding the Employer.
