Return of the Company Property. Employee agrees that all documents and other materials of any kind pertaining to the business of the Company (including Confidential Information in any format) in Employee’s possession at any time during employment are and shall be the property of the Company and that all such property, including all copies thereof and all such information contained on Employee’s personal computer(s), mobile phones, tablets, PDAs, or other electronic storage devices shall be surrendered by Employee to the Company upon the Company’s request from time to time during such employment, and with or without request upon termination of employment.

Return of Confidential Information and Company Property. Immediately upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company, Employee shall return to Company all of Company’s property relating to Company’s business, including without limitation all of Company’s property which is in the possession, custody, or control of Employee such as Confidential Information, documents, hard copy files, copies of documents and electronic information/files, and equipment (e.g., computers and mobile phones).

Return of Company Property. Prior to the Termination Date, Employee shall return (and shall not retained any copies in any form) all Company documents and information (including all Confidential Information, trade secrets, data, and other proprietary information pertaining to the Company and its business operations and any other information stored on personally owned computer hard drives, flash drives or other medium or format), and any vehicles, badges, pagers, cell phones, computers, software, equipment or other property belonging to the Company, provided that Employee may retain his current iPad, so long as Employee permanently removes from such iPad any Company Confidential Information.

Return of Company Property. The Employee will deliver to the Company at the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company, or at any other time the Company may request, all equipment, files, property, memoranda, notes, plans, records, reports, computer tapes, printouts, Confidential Information, Work Product, software, documents and data (and all electronic, paper or other copies thereof) belonging to the Company, which the Employee may then possess or have under the Employee’s control.

Return of Property. Employee agrees that upon termination of Employee’s employment with the Company (for any reason), or sooner if requested by the Company, Employee will return to the Company, in good condition, all property obtained during employment, including without limitation, the originals and all copies of any documents in whatever form (electronic, hard copy, etc.) or materials which contain, reflect, summarize, describe, analyze or refer or relate to any items of information listed in Section 1(a)-(b) of this Agreement. Employee agrees that all Confidential Information is the sole property of the Company and Employee has no right, title or interest to this property. In the event that such items are not so returned, the Company will have the right to charge Employee for all reasonable damages, costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred in searching for, removing and/or recovering such property.

I6. Return of the Company Property. At the request of the Company (or, without any request, upon termination of my employment with the Company), Employee will immediately deliver to the Company # all the Company property that is then in Employee's possession, custody or control, including, without limit action, all keys, access cards, cell phones, tablets, computer hardware including but not limited to any hard drives, external storage devices, diskettes, fobs, laptops , tablets, computers and personal data assistants (and the contents thereof), internet connectivity devices, computer software and programs, data, materials, papers, books, files , documents, records; # any and all documents or other items containing, summarizing, or describing any Proprietary Information, including all originals and copies in whatever form; # any personal device that Employee synced with or used to access any the Company system for purpose of inspection and copying; and # a list of passwords or codes needed to operate or access any of the items referenced in this [Section 16].

On or before the Separation Date, or at any time upon the Company's request, Employee will return to the Company all Company Property (as defined in the attached Confidentiality Agreement) in Employee's possession, custody, or control, including without limitation, any information belonging to the Company and/or its affiliates, in any tangible or intangible form, and any keys, credit cards, equipment, computers, portable telephones, identification cards, books, notes, and any other property of the Company Parties. To the extent that Employee made use of personal computers, PDAs, cloud storage devices, personal email, thumb drives, disks, or other means of information storage in connection with performing Employee's Company responsibilities, or stored Confidential Information (as defined in the attached Confidentiality Agreement) or Company proprietary material on such personal devices, Employee agrees to cooperate with the Company to permanently delete such information and material from such devices and sources, including by arranging with the Company to conduct a review of such devices and sources with the understanding that the Company will take appropriate measures to preserve and protect Employee's personal information unrelated to the Company.

Return of Company Property. You agree to immediately return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property that you have in your possession or control, including but not limited to any materials of any kind that contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company or its affiliates (and all reproductions thereof in whole or in part). You further represent that you have made a diligent search to locate any such documents, property and information. In addition, if you have used any personally owned computer, server, e-mail system, mobile phone, or portable electronic device (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android) (collectively, “Personal Systems”) to receive, store, prepare or transmit any Company or affiliate confidential or proprietary data, materials or information, then you must immediately provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of all such information and then permanently delete and expunge all such Company or affiliate confidential or proprietary information from such Personal Systems without retaining any copy or reproduction in any form.

Return of the Company Property. Upon the termination of the Participant’s employment for any reason, the Participant shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all property, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, software, devices, data, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, materials, equipment, computers, hard drives, papers, books, records, documents, memoranda, manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, books of account, drawings, prints, plans, and the like which belong to the Company or which relate to the Company’s business and which are in the Participant’s possession, custody or control, whether prepared by the Participant or others. If at any time after termination of the Participant’s employment, for any reason, the Participant determines that the Participant has any Confidential Information in the Participant’s possession or control, the Participant shall immediately return to the Company all such Confidential Information in the Participant’s possession or control, including all copies and portions thereof. Further, the Participant shall not retain any property, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, data, information, or documents, belonging to the Company or any copies thereof (in electronic or hard copy format).

Return of Property. Employee agrees that all property (including without limitation all equipment, tangible proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts and computer-generated materials) furnished to or created or prepared by Employee incident to Employee’s employment belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment.

Return of Confidential Information. Upon termination of Employee's employment for any reason at any time, Employee shall immediately return to the Company, and retain no copies of, any all Confidential Information in Employee's possession or control. If any Confidential Information is recorded or saved in any format or on any Devices, Employee shall delete the Confidential Information and, upon Company’s request, allow Company to inspect such Devices to confirm the deletion. Upon Company’s request, Employee shall allow Company reasonable access to Employee’s personal computers, email accounts, and Devices to confirm that Employee does not possess any Confidential Information of Company in contravention of this Agreement.
